Chapter 1 "Meet Me"

Third Person's POV

Midnight

"Cipher, you need someone to goddamn take care of you."

Bill blinks to see the upside down face of his manager, Melinda Watson, her face is not amused to see him drunk all over again in front of her office. She's even confused how the heck he managed to get here this drunk!

He gave her a slurred words that she couldn't understand. Making her more irritated, no matter how rich he is or how many ferraris he have, he can't stop her from kicking his head.

Which she did, in full strength.

The actor yelped and curled up in pain, though he has this weird smile on his face. He laughed shakingly, muttering about pain is hilarious.

She crouched in front of him with a blank face, "awake?" She asked.

"Barely." The man said.

Melinda groaned and grabbed his arm, dragging him inside her office. Because it'll be bad if the security guard came and ask questions why is a famous actor here in front of her office.

Luckily, she has enough strength to pull him in and locking the door just in case. She huffed and sat down, forehead on her palm.

"Why? Why, goodness gracious, why?" She was practically begging to God here. She needed to finish one heck of a paperwork tonight before six in the morning tomorrow!

"-eey~ Melly~" Bill purred, his hand waving in a another direction.

Melinda rolled her eyes. "So? Who broke up with you tonight?" She asked, as if it's so normal. Which it is.

Bill Cipher, a flirt and an egoistic know-it-all. He's at the top food chain in showbiz. His face can be seen in every TV and his voice can be heard in every radio. Mostly because he has a natural talent of acting and has many relationships with women.

The said actor popped up his head with an eyebrow arched up, "don't you dare bring that up." He said.

"Wow~" Melinda mused, "now you talked properly."

He was never drunk, well not now. He hated talking about his relationships. He date too much and beat his heart too much.

He sat upright, with legs under his lap as he looked at her with a squint of his eyes. "Did you cut your hair?"

Melinda shrugs. Finally someone noticed it! She smirked. "Yeah? But that didn't matter right now." She says, "who was the last time you are with?"

"Aw-" he threw his head back, grunting. "Not this, Mel. I don't want to talk about it." He said.

"You have to tell me, hun." Melinda sighed as she stood up and went to the coffee maker, pouring them some coffee. She needs that liquid in his veins to fight off the sleepiness.

Especially when she has to deal with this looney. She approached him and sat at the floor with him, giving him the cup of hot coffee.

"To keep you warm. After all, it's autumn already." She smiles.

He sighed, sipping and feeling the heat with him. "Summer goes by so fast.." He hated autumn and winter it was too cold for him and he hated that.

Melinda chuckled, "still having a grudge on the cold seasons?"
