Rose's POV

"Rosie?" A familar voice utters softly.

Streaks of black hair sleepily fall in front of his face. He lets out a sleepy yawn. His sweat pants hang onto his hips lazily and he has a loose tie dye singlet on.

"Hey Chris look I just wanted to tell you that I'm ready to be in a relationship... with you." I say. Chris grins and presses his lips onto mine catching me by suprise.

"mmm..." I hum against his lips.

"Rose." I hear. "ROSE!"

Four pairs of eyes that belong to my brothers peer down at me.

"What?" I groan.

"We heard you yelling so we came to check what was up." Declan says. I blush remembering my dream. He looks to Josh with curiousity.

I grab my phone of my bedside table. There were texts from my group chat with Blake and Luna.

How did it go yesterday Rose? - B

First of all Blake this is our group chat, secondly you are going to see her tomorrow morning and finally why are you texting at 12:15 at night? - L

Why are you up? ;p - B

Shut up - L

They stopped texting after that. I check the time to see that it was 8:06a.m.

"Get out I overslept!" I yell noticing that they are all ready. They all get out and I quickly change into the school uniform and grab my school back pre-packed with all my books and school supplies.

I finish up at 8:23 and run down the stairs to see Lachlan snuggled in a blanket, red nosed and pale while my mum paces back and forth on the phone. Kian was looking through the medicine cabinet while Declan was tapping on his phone and Josh was trying to make Lachlan smile.

"What's going on? Lachy you looked fine 20 minutes ago." I say.

"Yes Lachlan can't make it-"

"Mum no I want to play. I'll be better by this afternoon please." Lachlan sniffles. "It's the first game of the season. I'm captain. I-"

"Lachy you are not letting the team down." Kian cuts him off. Kian has this weird gift that since Lachlan is his twin he knows what he is thinking. It creeps me out.

"I-" Lachy sighs in defeat.

"Yes ok bye." My mum ends the call.

"I called my work I'm staying home today. You guys are already late so I cancelled today just this once." My mum says.

"No I don't want to miss school." I say. Everyone gasps at me; I kind of gasped at my own words.

"What the hell?" Josh speaks.

"I mean umm... I it's fine." I fake smile.

"Rose you hate school." Declan states. Everyone nods in agreement.

"Well I wanted to see Blake and Luna." And Chris. My mind adds.

"Well you could just meet them later at Lois shops or something." Mum says. I nod.

"That's fine." I nod. I sigh as I realised I rushed to get ready for no reason. I walk upstairs and flop onto my bed. My phone begins ringing and pick it up and answer without looking who was calling.

"Hello?" I say.

"Rosie are you ok?" I hear Chris's concerned voice.

"I'm all good. Lachlan's sick and I over slept. Are you ok?" I say noticing the difference in him through the phone.
