Chapter 53

Paige's POV

A few hours earlier...

I recently moved to London. I don't know, something just has my heart to London, the beautiful skyscrapers, the beautiful landscape.

It was just myself who moved into London after I quit my job and used the money to earn a house here.

I got dressed and headed out for a walk, but also to look around for any jobs.



I was walking around, standing in people's way to just step on crunchy leaves.

It was breathtaking, I love London so much. As I walked further, I saw London eye. Which reminded me of Simon.

Flashback

' Si! Let's go to the London Eye! ' I shouted as I grabbed his hand and was dragging him to the London Eye

' Noooooo! It takes flippin 30 minutes! No Paige, please ' Simon said as I giggled and pulled a puppy face

' Pwease? Just for me? ' I said in a baby voice

He looked at me for a moment, before sighing and nodding. I squealed in excitement before hugging him and pecking him on the cheek.

Flashback Over

I sighed. Oh I would do anything to see him again. I grabbed my phone out and looked at a photo of us two. His smile, his face, his everything is just perfect.

As I was looking, a girl came up to me, she was younger, looked like she was in her late twenties

' Hi! ' she said in a smile as I smiled back

' Heya! ' I said but was kinda confused, why would she come to me? I was In a quiet place, nobody was here, but why me?

' My name's Brooklyn! I suppose..... Is that your boyfriend? ' she asked and pointed at my phone

I smiled and then shook my head no

' I wish, but he left me to go with another girl ' I said quite annoyed.

' That's rude of him! What's your name? ' she asked

' Paige ' I said

' That's a beautiful name ' she said

' Thank you ' I said and giggled

' Can you come with me to my house for a bit Paige? It will be nice talking to someone ' she said as I thought

I need to make friends in London anyways, why not start here?

' First, promise your not an axe murderer ' I said as she giggled and shook her head no

' Then let's go! ' I said as she linked arms with me and walked to her house.

A few minutes later

We were right now in her house, on the couch

' So, your ex boyfriend is called Simon, right? ' Brooklyn said out of nowhere as I gasped

' What? How did you know? ' I asked her

' Let's just say, we're not in the best terms ' she said sweetly as I nodded

' But, I have a deal for you ' She said which I sat up

' Oh yeah? What's in it for me? ' I asked and raised an eyebrow

' How about.... I give you Simon's address? ' she asked as I moved closer to her

' I'll take that as I yes! What shall I do for you? ' I asked

' Well, well, well, I don't know how to explain, but let me just say it, me and my family wanna kill him and his family, you are the perfect person to come join too ' she said as I stood up in anger

' How could you kill an angel like that?! You are not to! I'm gonna go tell him! ' I shouted as I Stomped to the front door and opened it

All of a sudden, Brooklyn comes and slams the door shut

' Oh yeah? Where is his house? ' she asked as I sighed and shrugged

' Exactly, you need me, here, take his address and mine. Go there, and you'll see what's up. When your ready to come join our gang, then come to this house ' Brooklyn said as I scoffed and grabbed the addresses that were on paper

' I doubt I'll come back ' I said and shoved the paper in my pockets

' We'll see, we'll see, and if you talk to anyone about us, we'll be coming for you too ' Brooklyn smirked which gave me the shivers. I opened the door, and then ran out of that creepy house.

As soon as I was further away from the house, I stopped running, and then walked again.

What would make me kill Simon? Like what the fuck?

A few minutes later

I soon entered the address. In front of me, was a bit house. A very fancy one too.

I walked up the porch and then knocked on the door.

It took a few moments until I heard footsteps, my heart started thumping.

The door opened roughly and I stood there, speechless as I saw the boy in front of me. His hair was flat with a little quiff when I dated him, but now, his hair grew and it's in an amazing quiff.

Oh he looks as hot as ever. I'm ready. I'm ready to put the past behind us and start a new life together, get married, probably have kids...

' Paige? ' he asked in a small voice. His voice changed too, its more deep but it sounds more hot.

I love him, and I miss him. But what did Brooklyn mean by 'We'll see?'
