"Sounds like a plan." I agree.

"Here." I say as I pass Romeo an eraser. He grins and begins to erase on his page.

I have enough trouble as it is passing math but it doesn't help when Romeo won't stop asking me for things.

Can I borrow a pencil?

Can I borrow a red pen?

Can I borrow scissors?

Can I borrow glue?

Do people not come to school prepared anymore?

"Hey Rose?" I feel a tap on the shoulder. I turn around for about the 15th time in the last minute.

"Yes Romeo?"

"What are you doing-" 3 large knocks sound from the door. Everyone's eyes land onto the door.

I look to see Lachlan standing at the door. Girls all perk up at the sight of my brother. He was currently biting back a smirk at the sight of the girls drooling over him.

"Can I help you Mr. Daniels?" My teacher asks.

"Yeah can I talk to Rose real quick?" He says. All the girls groan and sigh. I stand up and walk out the door and turn to Lachlan.

"What's up?" I ask.

"I don't know I just... you've been ignoring me since yesterday. I want to know what's up with you?" He bites on his lip.

"Well let's see you guys hate Chris, you don't trust me around guys and well I don't-"

"Okay look I know you had a panic attack about Noah." Lachlan says. "I was worried. None of the others know."

"How?"

"It doesn't matter. I just wanted to make sure you're ok." He says.

"I'm better. Chris helped me."

"You told him about Noah?" He says in awe. I nod.

"I trust him."

"I don't hate Chris. No one of the others do we just hate the fact that someone could break you like Noah. It wasn't Noah's fault he hurt you but we just want to prevent you from-"

"Chris and I aren't dating." I state.

"I know-" The bell rings.

"Thanks for your concern. I'm not gonna be home till later." I speak as I walk into the classroom. I pick up my backpack and put all my stuff back inside. I leave as I say a goodbye to my teacher. I get ambushed with hug as I step out of the classroom.

I look up to see Chris with a look of concern etched on his face.

"Wow what's up?" I ask.

"I've just been worried since lunch." Chris sighs. I smile.

"I'm okay." I say softly. He grins.

"Well we have a bus to catch." He says as he locks our hands together. I'm suprised to find myself enjoying my hand in is own. I need to figure out how I feel.

"SHUT IT MUGGLE!" I yell. Chris laughs as he licks his ice-cream cone.

"I was just saying that Harry shoul-"

I cut him off by dabbing ice-cream onto his nose.

Who knew this would have led to the great ice-cream war of 2016?

Well actually a lot of innocent bystanders who got hit didn't know that's for sure. We rushed straight to Chris's house. My hair and school shirt covered in ice-cream as well as Chris's.
