Chapter 28 : Unexpected

Grayson's P.O.V :

I know I messed up, I messed up big time! What I did was wrong. I should've never done that to April. I'm realizing how much pain I put her through, not to mention the miscarriage . I feel like a complete douchebag.

I had been alone at the house . Why'd Ethan even go to Malibu with April ? Right when I was about to get up I received a call from my sister Cameron.

"Hello?"
"Grayson."
"What Cameron."
"Pack your bags , we're going to Malibu."
"Your kidding right ."
"Does it sound like I'm kidding ? No I'm not get your stuff now !"

I hung up and got my clothes and shoved it in a suitcase . Well this should be good .

"Marco!"
"Polo!"

We were having a blast in Malibu ! Not to mention me being with April . I really want her to be my girlfriend.

Me , Cameron , Haylie and April were hanging out at the beach playing Marco Polo. It was pretty fun !

Cameron and Haylie wouldn't stop making out which made me sick! Like go do that some where else ! I wanted to be cute around April .

"Marco!" Yelled Cameron
"Polo!" Yelled April

I came from behind and grabbed April by the waist . She startled a bit.

"Gotcha!"
"Omg Ethan ! You scared me !"
"Shh Cameron will get you!"

We swam away from Cameron and went underwater . I opened my eyes and saw April . She was so beautiful . I went closer to her and wrapped my hands around her waist . We made direct eye contact which made my heart beat fast .
Right when I was about to lean in , we heard voices .

April and I came up from under water to see who it was , Jack&Jack and Madison had arrived .

April yelled in excitement .

"MADISON!"
"APRIL!"

I love it when April's happy. Especially since what had happened . I hope she's doing better .

I got out of the water and wrapped a towel around myself . We all got out of the water and sat on the sand.

"Shit!" Said April
"What happened."
"I forgot a towel."
"You can share with me."

I sat beside Madison and wrapped my towel around me and April .

"Hmm love birds?" Said Madison
"What us? No." I said nervously
"We'd make a cute couple." Said April
"What? We would."
"I'm gonna let you guys talk, I'll be back." said Madison

Madison left and went with the gang leaving me and April alone .

"Did you really mean that "? I asked
"Mean what?"
"That we'd make a cute couple."
"Of course I meant that ."
"I thought u weren't interested in me."
"Listen Ethan I've been thinking .. Everything u have told me has touched my heart . You are such a gentleman and I like you for that , I'd like to have something with you but I just want to keep things like lowkey ."
"So you don't want to date me ?"
"I didn't say that. That's something I have to figure out."
"So you do like me ?"
"That's something I have to figure out too."
"There's only one way for you to find out ." I said
"How?"
"If you'd let me take you out ."
"As in where?"
"As in a date."
"A date?"
"Yes April a date ."
"Me and you?"
"That's what I said ."
"A date?"
"Yes a date." I said laughing
"Okay okay I accept ." smiled April

I got up and reached my hand out to help April get up . Jack J then ran to us .

"Yo guys wanna go eat?"
"Where to?" I asked
"I don't know ? Pizza? I'm starving !"

Jack G , Madison , Haylie and Cameron then approached me and April .

"Hey guys were gonna go get pizza since Johnsons craving it ." Said Cameron
"Do you want us to catch a movie?" asked April
"That'd be perfect ! You and Ethan can go while we get the pizza ." said Madison
"I feel like mads is up to something ." Said Haylie
"What? No."
"Okay well , pepperoni ? Hawaiian ? Cheese ?" asked Jack G
"COMBINATION !" we all yelled
"Alright combo it is !" Jack j said happily

The gang left again leaving me and April alone . Finally we were alone ! Why can't April see how much I love her ! I could do her way better than what Grayson ever did ! He's missing out big time .

We walked from the beach to the house .

"Dude I'm hungry ." said April
"Me too!"
"What movie should we get?"
"Depends what Netflix has in store ." I winked
"Oh god no ." laughed April
"Baby I'm kidding ."
"Should we make popcorn ?"
"Yes !" I yelled

I ran to the kitchen and started to make popcorn . April went to the huge theater room and went though the movies .

"Fast and furious ?"
"Already seen it!" I yelled
"Grown ups ?"
"Nah."
"Barbershop?"
"Negative ."
"Jamesy Boy?"
"No."
"How about Ouija?"
"OMG yes !"

I then heard the door bell ring .

"ILL GET IT !" yelled April.

April's P.O.V :

Movie night ? Popcorn? Pizza ? Fuck yea count me in! Malibu is a blast ! I'm having a good ass time ! No drama is just what I need . I'm starting to realize that Ethan has been so nice to me that I would consider giving him a chance , he just doesn't know it yet . Well he does it's just that I need to make up my mind .

But he's so nice and cute . Why wouldn't I give him a chance . It's Ethan ! Right when Ethan and I agreed on a movie I heard the doorbell ring . I ran to the door and opened it . My heart sank .

"April !"
"Grayson ."
