August's Pov

I'm getting home and Lira is in the the bed going through her timeline. I sit in the bed and I see something about Reese and she scrolls pass it.

Me: Baby what was that?

Lira: What was what?

She tryna be funny.

Me: What was that about Reese?

Lira: She just got a new tattoo.

Me: Of what?

Lira: I am not sure.

Me: Then go back.

Lira: How was your day baby?

Me: Good. How was yours?

Lira: It was good. I was just bored.

Me: Why didn't you go out with Reese?

Lira: Her and Trey aren't even in the country.

Me: What? They didn't say anything about leaving the country.

Lira: Trust me when I say that I'm just as shocked as you right now.

Me: Why did they leave? They don't start touring for a month.

Lira: Just call and ask.

Me: I will.

I take out my phone and dial her number.

Cherese: Hello?

Me: Reese where you at?

Cherese: With Trey.

Me: Mhmm where are yall at?

Cherese: Paris.

Me: What's this I hear about you getting tattoos?

Cherese: I got small ones.

Me: Mmmkay. When yall coming back?

Cherese: Tomorrow.

Me: Mhmm.

Cherese: Aug I have to go. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Me: Alright love you.

Cherese: Love you too. Bye coz.

I hung up and looked at Lira who was giggling.

Me: What's funny?

Lira: She hasn't told you.

Me: Told me what?

Lira: You'll find out tomorrow.

Me: Why can't you tell me?

Lira: It's not my place to tell you.

Me: So she told you?

Lira: Yes.

Me: Is it bad?

Lira: No.

Me: Mmmkay.

The next day.......Cherese's Pov

Trey and I are getting back to the states on our way to August's house and I have never been so nervous in my life. We're pulling up to the house.

Trey: Baby what's wrong?

Me: I'm scared out of my mind. Aug is gonna go crazy when I tell him that we're married.

Trey: Hey. Look at me.

I look at him.

Trey: It's gonna be fine. I'll be there when you tell him. We can tell him together.

Me: Okay.

Trey: I love you.

Me: I love you too.

We kiss and get out the car. I grab his hand and walk to the door. As soon as we get to the door, we don't knock on the door and Aug opens the door.

Me: Hey coz.

August: Hey coz.

I hug him and he lets us in. I hug Lira and then I sit next to Trey on the couch.

Me: Okay so Aug we have something to tell you.

August: What is it?

I look at Trey and back at Aug.

Me: Trey and I are married.

He looked at me and his eyes got so big.

August: You're forreal.

Me: No. We got married in Paris.

August: When did he propose?

Me: The night of the get together. He was about to leave. I wasn't going to let that happen. I love him.

I interlaced my fingers with Trey's and held his hand.

Me: I am not gonna let go of the one person that makes me feel complete. Not even for my parents.

August: I should have seen this coming. He looked at you differently. And then your crazy ass let him love you instead of pushing him away.

Me: Yeah.

I look at Trey and he smiles at me.

Lira: Yall are so cute.

August: Mhmm. Are yall ready for the hell that yall are about to endure.

Trey: I'll go through anything with her. She's worth it.

Me: I love you.

Trey: I love you too.

I love this man.
