If in fact
I were a tree cat
I'd be a Cheshire
Yes I would
and I'd grin from ear to ear
certainly if I could
I would sit and stare each day
just to unnerve you all
I would confuse you with the words I'd say
and then part of me would disappear
if anyone came to call
I'd be mischief
I'd be magic
I'd simply be
so dramatic
Any place the day began
I would never care
Because
If you do not know where you're going
any road can take you there
