Wilmer gets Demi a puppy because she's been super clucky recently

Please excuse any mistakes, I will fix it later :)

Demi's POV:

"Nawwwh baby!! Looooook!!" I squeal in delight, my hands instantly flying up around my face at just how cute she is. The chubby baby giggles at me once more in her stroller. I slap Wilmer's chest again in excitement. "Isn't she just so precious?" I say in my cutesy voice. "Yes Hermosa she is adorable, but come on we still haven't got what we came in here for. We still need some milk and pasta". He says, looking at his list while entangling my hand in his as he pulls me toward the pasta aisle. I pout in defence but stomp begrudgingly away from the adorable being who, just a few moments ago was tugging on my heart strings. I eye some pasta, grab a bag and throw it in the basket. Wilmer refocuses on his list where my focus is pulled in another direction, again. My eyes light up at the little toddler holding his Mommy's hand as his much loved teddy drags along the ground in the other. His chubby cheeks look up at the brunette mother who looks in her late 20's and says, "Momma can we make a fort when we get home?" His pleading eyes are filled with excitement and innocence. How a mother learns to say no to those eyes I don't know. The tall lady tousles his light blonde hair and replies, "Of course Aiden, we can eat dinner in there if you like?" The little boy jumps up and down in excitement, in the process his teddy drops from his grip without him noticing. I wait for a few moments to see if he or his mother realises, but they don't. I walk over to where they were just standing and pick up the brown bear in my hands. "Ah excuse me, miss?" the lady turns around and smiles when she sees what I have in my hands. "Oh my gosh, thank you so much!! He is inseparable from this thing and you have no idea of the dramas that would have occurred if he got left behind!" I bend down to the toddler's height and pass him his bear. He instantly wraps his chubby little arms around it and squeezes tightly. "He looks like a very precious bear, what's his name?" I ask in curiosity. "Teddy" he says shyly, curling into his mother's leg. "Say thank you to the kind lady Aiden" his mother tells him. The little boy looks up from his mother's leg and stares at me with his big blue eyes, "Thank you lady" he says with a grin. I stand back up and smile. "Thanks again" the mother says. He waves goodbye as him and his mother continue down the aisle. I feel Wilmer's arm come up behind me, I lean into him and sigh. "What is it Nena?" he asks, looking down at me with a smile. "I want one Wilmer" I say as if caught up in a daze. "A teddy? You have plenty of teddies Hermosa" he giggles, looking back at his list. "No silly, a baby". I say matter of factly. He refocuses on me and looks into my eyes, "And I want nothing more than to have a family with you Nena but we both know now is not the time" he places a soft kiss on my forehead. I sigh. "I know you're right. I guess I'm just clucky". "Baaaalk, balk, balk, balk" Wilmer starts impersonating a chicken, tucking his arms in like wings. I laugh at his feeble comedy. Slapping his chest, I grab the list and basket and continue down the aisle. "Come on babe, I think I feel like chicken pasta tonight, the freezer section is this way" I say laughing as Wilmer comes jogging up behind me, again placing a firm arm around my waist.

*Two days later*

"Hermosa!" I hear from down stairs as the elevator doors *bing* closed. I quickly turn off the power and pull myself away from my straightener in the bathroom, rushing down stairs to greet him. "Hey baby!" I yell, throwing my arms around his neck and kissing him playfully. I see a box to the side of him out of the corner of my eye. I pull myself away from him and lean to the side, staring curiously at the box with holes in it. "What's in the box?" I ask coyly. "Ok so you know how you've been a little bit clucky recently?" Wilmer says. I giggle, slightly embarrassed at just how hormonal I have been these last few days. Poor Wilmer I think to myself, every child under the age of 5 I've seen recently and I've turned to mush. "Yes, I'm sorry baby" I say, leaning up and kissing his lips. "Well I brought you a temporary solution" he says, turning his head toward the box. "Please tell me there isn't a baby in their?" I joke. Wilmer laughs, "Why don't you go see". I give him a suspicious glance before bouncing toward the box which I notice move a little. My eyes widen. No way I think to myself. I excitedly kneel down in front of the box and pull my fingers underneath the gaps, lifting the lid off the box. I gasp, flying my hands around my mouth. "Ahhhhhhhhh!!! Oh my god... WILMER!!!" I scream in delight. I clap my hands like a little child before picking up the sleepy ball of fluff. "What is it?" I ask Wilmer, admiring everything about the little puppy. It's curly white fur, its black button nose, its eyes staring up at me sleepily. Wilmer giggles at my reactions. "Well she's a girl and she's a poochon. A poodle cross bichon frise. So just a little wee thing". I can't help the huge smile that is spread across my face. I cradle the little puppy in my arms and kiss her small nose. "She's so cute Wilmer, thank you so much. I love her!! Does she have a name?" I ask as the little puppy wriggles in my arms, wanting to hop down. I place her gently on the carpet and go crazy at her little tail wagging full speed. High pitched sounds and squeals escape my mouth uncontrollably as I hopelessly fall in love with the beautiful creature before me. Wilmer comes over and sits beside me, wrapping his strong arm around me. I lean into him and kiss his lips thank you. "Nope, I thought you may want to do that" he says, looking down at me lovingly. I clap my hands and wrack my brains thinking about possible names. "What should we name you beautiful?" I say as I watch her adoringly, captivated by her completely. She sniffs around curiously, getting to know her surroundings. Molly, Annie, Skye, Lola, Lexi, Angel, Zoe, Princess, Daisy, Diamond, Lady, Ruby, Dakota. I quickly run through some names in my head. "Daisy" I say, she suits Daisy I think to myself as I watch her. "I like that" Wilmer says, rubbing the small of my back. He turns my chin towards him and kisses my lips passionately. "I hope this keeps your cluckyness under control Hermosa, but don't you worry we can definitely keep practicing" I laugh into another kiss. I hear a little whimper and turn my head to see Daisy with two little brown presents beside her on the carpet. I start laughing. "Talking about practicing, you can clean that up for me seeing as I've already decided you'll be on diaper duty when we do have kids" I throw my head back and laugh at the look Wilmer is giving me right now. "Oh calm down Wilmer, we can share" I say, soothing his worries with my lips. Daisy bounces up on our laps as if upset we aren't paying her any attention. "Our little family" I coo, picking up Daisy and placing her in our arms, placing a kiss on Wilmer's cheek.
