Roku's POV

My eyes slowly examine the room Vitali put me and my son in, he was acting very strange. No one would have noticed anything different in his behavior, but I have been here on earth for 145 years I notice everything. My eyes diverted to my son who was glaring out the window trembling with anger. Ever since we heard my daughter's scream and Zya's disappearance everyone has been on edge except for Vitali who seemed eerily calm, just something was extremely off... Not just him but his scent it was growing weaker. He had the scent of a werewolf but no characteristics of being a werewolf, to be honest I have never seen him in beast form, let alone wolf form. I looked around the room catching a flash of a shiny object on the bookshelf. It was a camera, I scanned again seeing another camera in a plantern across the room. I heard Aida let out a low growl as his beast was trying to claw out for control of his body. I then asked through our family mind link

"What is troubling you my son?"

"Something isnt quite right, father... Why would Vitali lock us in a room when we heard my sister scream for help?"

"Yes, it is strange... Do not look around but there are cameras placed all around the room... Watching us."

"Why?!"

I sighed heavily taking my eyes off my son to look somewhere else. I then lightly say

"If I am right, we aren't in a good position to he in. my fear is they aren't werewolves."

I grumbled to myself, why couldn't I figure what kind of creatures they were. Bit how could they have a scent of a werewolf? Aida then says

"What about an Menoki, it is said in the history books that they would drench themselves in werewolf blood or their enemies blood to obtain their scent to be accepted into the enemy's territory to find their weaknesses. It is swid the scent would last for a week tops."

My eyes widen in realization, god how could I be so ignorant! There was a colony of Menoki's in this area of the woods. That would mean.... Oh shit Plague. If she gotten help from Vitali that could only mean that he was trying to kill her and we came along getting into it too. Plague's POV

Zya stared at me and growls out in his alpha tone

"I will NOT leave you to fight them alone. You are my mate... My lover I will not lose you!"

I could tell he wouldn't leave no matter what u said. Zya then hissed out

"I will kill them all, change to your beast form and carry Takeshi on your back like a mother wolf."

I then heard a loud warning howl coming from Vitali's house. It was my father's howl... What was going on? Zya turned his head listening closely tilting his head a bit. Zya's eyes widen as anger quickly filled them as he hissed out
