"Mom." I blanked stared her
"Daughter." She said giving me the same look
"Ugh, okay. Meek and I do have something going on." Her face lit up "butttt, it's not serious." I finished
"It's not serious?! Well then make it serious Onika. Meek is a great guy and I can tell y'all are ready for the next step."
"I am." I got up out of my seat "I'm just scared to say it." I pouted
"Let me and Kathy do it." She insisted
I looked at her for awhile
"You and Ms.Kathy be plotting?" I raised an eyebrow
"Maybe, Maybe not." I scoffed "but that's not the point. The point is that we want to see our children happy, together."
"And his son." She cooed "aw, he's so handsome."
I smiled hearing about him.
"Yeah. I know that's my baby." I smiled
"Oh yeah Kathy told me about The whole Mommy and Son thing. I find it absolutely adorable. But he's going to need a sister or brother to play with." She smiled at me
"Okayyyy. Now I get the whole meek and I taking it to another level. But you just skipped like ten other levels mom."

"Popcorn?" I nodded
"Get three of them." I pulled out my money
"And juice." Papi said
"Okay, and juice." I said
"And Candy." Denim said
"And Chocolate." Papi licked his lips
"I know y'all lying. This candy be high as hell. Y'all better nibble on that popcorn bowl." Na said making me laugh
"No it's okay. I'll get it." I said
Na and I were at the Movies with Papi and Denim. We were watching Finding Dory because we didn't go when it first came out.
"Owe. Let's go play the games." Denim said
"Nope." Na said
"Pleaseeee."
"Pleaseee." They kept repeating
"Keep talking Ima take y'all Lil a**es in there to watch the purge." Na told them and they instantly hushed up
"We good." Papi said

After the movies we headed to Meek's Place.
"Where y'all been?" Meek said once we walked in the house
"I texted you and told you we were going to the movies." I looked up at at placing my purse down on the sofa
"Oh, I must've been busy and didn't notice." He said wrapping his arms around mg waist
"And don't question her nigga." Na said
And I giggled
"I know that right." Denim said
"Oh, y'all triple teaming me?" We nodded
"Papi you on my side right?" Meek looked at Papi as he rocked back and forth
"Nope, that my Mommy." He ate his chips and smirked down at him
"That's cold." He shook his head "and if your a** have to pee you better go now before I whoop that ass."
