"I don't need that, I can buy myself one" I declined arrogantly.

"Okay, then I will just leave Zim here, you can still take it if you want" she said before putting the toy on the table beside the machine and started walking away.

How dare you leave Zim here! You're so cruel!

I want to walk away already but it keeps on looking at me so my body instantly froze.

"I can't leave you alone" I finally said in surrender after a few minutes of hesitation.

I picked it up and gazed around to check if Salt is nearby. I smiled when I didn't see any trace of her.

"I'll just make an excuse later if she asks me why I took it" I muttered as I head out.

I'm really hungry, I became too engrossed playing with Zim that I didn't realize that two hours have already passed.

We decided to eat in a Japanese restaurant because Missy said that she's craving for it.

Salt keeps on looking at my Zim but I pretend that I don't notice her. We're eating in silence when Missy suddenly spoke.

"Ali can I have a boyfriend now?" We all frowned at her.

"No" I replied flatly.

"But I'm already sixteen!" she protested while pouting. Sometimes it annoys me that I have to deal with her childlike attitude.

"There's no sense in having a boyfriend because you're in an all-girls school Missy" I replied patiently, hoping that she will shut up.

"Oh! Can I have a girlfriend instead?" Everyone laughed except me. She's starting to get on my nerves.

"Missy can you please stop saying senseless things? And who would be your girlfriend huh?" I said while massaging my temple to calm myself.

"Salt, she can be my girlfriend" she replied giggling.

My ears ticked upon hearing Salt's name. Missy knows clearly that I can't stand to see them dating because she is a duplicate of Cassy.

Salt on the other hand almost choked on her food, I glared at her because she deserve that.

"Missy you're too young for that okay?" I said in a low voice.

"It's unfair! When you're sixteen you had Ca--" She didn't finish what she's about to say because I glared at her.

Say her name and your dead! I threatened her mentally.

I don't want Salt and the others to know anything about Cassy. She immediately fell silent and returned her focus on eating her food.

"Study first, when you reached eighteen then you can have a boyfriend" I said sternly.

"Okay" She replied politely.

I thought Missy will keep her distance from Salt after I admit that I'm the one who rejected her but to my dismay, she became more affectionate with Salt.

The sight of them being so close to each other annoys me because it's like Salt is just using her to get my attention and be close to me.

We're currently in the auditorium to plan for the activities in the upcoming school festival. The council decided to do a theatrical play and they are in an argument right now on which is the best book to play. I'm not paying much attention to them because I'm busy reading my book.
