May 3: 12:02 am
Today is the day. The day me brynn, Kendall, and Kalani escape this place.
The day we've been waiting for. We've got our plan all set up.
We decided to use what Kalani said. Go upstairs, out the back door, and go all the way down the trail.
"Okay guys follow my lead" Kalani says in the quietest whisper.
We all make our way upstairs when we hear the front door open. It was maxwell and his partner.
"Guys it's Maxwell what do we do?" Kendall says almost crying
"Um over here!" Brynn says
We quickly but quietly run down the steps and find the nearest air vent. We open it and climb through. Without a care we leave the vent open. Bad choice. I know. As we get outside we run, and run.
We've now been running for almost 30 minutes. Realizing it's getting dark, we take a break.
"Well I don't know about you guys but I'm tired. Should we call it a night?" Brynn says yawning.
"Yeah I guess" I say
We all lay in a big hole in a huge oak tree. Next thing I know we're all fast asleep.
May 3: 12:20 am
"Kenz, kenz, wake up!" Brynn says.
"What?" I say back groaning.
"Kendall's gone! I don't know where she went!" Brynn says then waking up Kalani.
Oh my-
That's when I was interrupted by a loud scream and gun shot. All we heard was someone running on the leaves. All of us ran, then going our separate ways. Into the dark light.
