PLOT: In which Billie McDonough becomes a cop in order to try and protect her murderous brother, who is killing teenagers from the streets for their brains.
EXTENDED SUMMARY: Billie and her brother Blaine have always been close. Considering they both shared the same hatred for their father and went through the same brutal treatment from Frieda Bader, the stuck close together and used each other as a security blanket. So, when Blaine goes into the brain selling business, Billie will do anything to make sure that Blaine doesn't get caught, requiring her to become a cop. Instead of going through the training, Blaine fakes the records to say that she has already gone through training, so she is hired straight away.
Problem is, her new partner is Clive Babineaux, a man who has been researching the missing teenagers on his own time. But, as the months go by, Billie can't help but grow to have feelings for Clive. Meaning she can't harm Clive to protect her brother, but she also can't protect her brother without harming Clive. She's in a tough spot; not like she already wasn't considering she had to avoid being scratched by her brother and his fellow zombie friends daily.
