"and, we're here!" a sigh of relief escaped my lips as me, gray and eth came to a sudden stop.

"and what is "here", exactly." i furrow my eyebrows, looking to where i sensed ethan was.

"you'll see- wait, sorry." he chuckles.

i laughed, "its fine, eth." i let out a small giggle and grayson chuckled.

"okay, just take two steps forward and we'll tell you where we are." gray said.

i scoff, crossing my arms.

"am i getting pranked? if i take two steps forward will i be in a ditch?" i asked, raising an eyebrow and looking straight ahead.

then i heard eagles, flying up, they were going south; i could feel it. then i heard waves crashing, goosebumps appearing on my skin as i thought of how it would be if i ever went in the water. we were at the beach, i could smell the sand.

i had on converse, and i could now feel the sand beneath my shoes. i smiled as i finally realized where we were.

"why are we at the beach?" i asked.

"oh come on! just once we want you to be surprised at a place we bring you to!" grayson exclaimed, and i could hear his arms hitting his sides as if he threw his hands up.

"we can't blame her gray, its her senses, right, sophie?" ethan asked.

"mhm." i hummed, taking those few steps that they told me to take a few minutes ago. "water." i whispered, my ankles feeling a cold wetness.

"its a little lake we found, clean water, we made sure. don't worry." i felt ethan move in front of me, the sound of water swooshing around.

"and what is in this little lake?" i ask, stepping forward, almost tripping on a small rock, but luckily, someone caught me.

it was ethan.

i felt the same thing i always felt when his hands touched me, his finger tips digging into my skin while getting a strong grasp to help me from falling.

i was pulled into his chest, a small sigh coming from his lips. he gently rubbed my back before pulling away from the little embrace he had me in.

"you okay?" he asked.

"yeah, i'm fine." i nodded, hopefully looking up at his face.

i heard him chuckle lightly and felt his thumb and index finger move between my chin, moving my head slightly to the side.

"you're so beautiful." i heard him whisper, my eyebrows furrowing together.

before i questioned it, grayson said something.

"woah, i found a crab!" gray exclaimed.

i felt ethan take my hand, walking me towards grayson carefully.

"how does it look?" i asked, pulling my bottom lip between my teeth.

"its red, not really sure of the shape, but it looks quite mean; but not all crabs are mean." i heard gray reply.

"oh." is all i replied with, wishing i could really see what this crab looked like.

thats when very quickly, not even a second, everything became clear, but then pitch black.

"holy shit." i gasped.
