As if summoned by command, they heard beeping and foreign talking on a radio. "The Combine found us!" shouted Alyx. Gordon raised an SMG, one similar to the one Alyx had. Instinctively, Chell raised the portal gun and shoot it in front of the doorway on the ground. She then shot one into an enclosed cell, on the roof. She then closed the door, causing it to lock. The Combine ran at the door, one by one, each falling into the portal, and by extension the cell. When they had all fallen in, Chell pressed a button she hasn't noticed before, causing the portals to close."Whew, that was close! Thanks Chell." Said Alyx, thankfully. Chell nodded. "So, do you want to join us?" asked Alyx. Wheatley said exactly what Chell was thinking. "Of course, we would be glad to join in." Suddenly a one screen device appeared. It clicked a few times and then flashed. "No!" shouted Alyx. Swiftly, Gordan took out a crowbar and knocked it to the ground, where he kicked it into the wall, causing a small explosion. "They will know where we are we better get going." said Alyx. Then, somehow, even though it came out as a croaky cough, both Gordan and Chell spoke at the same time. "Brother?" "Sister?"
