"Take your hands off her wonwoo." Mingyu commands, raising his diamond sword in front of the ebony haired prince named wonwoo.

Wonwoo scoffs, moving his sword an inch closer to minji's neck. The maiden stiffens, looking down at the shimmering metal of his sword.

"Oh, and what are you going to do prince mingyu? Kill me? " wonwoo teases, pulling the maiden's hair back.

"I'll kill you and get back what belongs to me. " the brunet smiles mockingly at won-

"yah! Jihyeon could you stop reading your book and socialize?! " the girl in front of jihyeon slams her hand onto the table, making the glass cups and plates shake slightly.

Jihyeon huffs a sigh, slipping her bookmark into the blue book she was reading. "First of all, I have no idea what you guys are talking about. And I did, I would be chatting with you guys right now. "

The girl who had slammed her hand on the table is named WooHee, lays back onto the sofa, folding her arms. "Psh. What's so good about your book anyways? Its just a cliché romance story where the good wins and the evil loses. "

Jihyeon knitted her eyebrows, glaring at WooHee. " its not just any cliché romance story. The protagonist in the story is a girl named Minji and she only has 10 days to live. The only way to live is if she goes around the kingdom helping out everyone and being kind to people. Then she meets the prince whose named mingy- "

"OMIGOSH ARE YOU READING 'Only Ten Days' by Shin Hwa Jeon? " the girl named ChaeJin whose sitting beside Woohee stands up, sparkles in her eyes. Jihyeon calmly nods, showing her book to ChaeJin. ChaeJin snatches the book from jihyeon's hands and she pulls the book close to her chest.

" I love this book so much! Especially wonwoo! he's such a badass and also a cute potato. " chaejin exclaims .

"Ew. Mingyu is better. He's a softhearted guy and I bet you if he was real , he'd be a hottie. " jihyeon placed her palm on her burning red cheeks.

" YAH! PARK JIHYEON! STFU WONWOO IS BEST PRINCE! " chaejin yells , getting the attention of the customers around the cafe .

" no. Mingyu is best prince." Jihyeon stands up, tiptoeing so that she's taller than chaejin.

"You just haven't read the book finish yet! Once you do, you'll probably think too that wonwoo is best prince."

"FITE ME BAE CHAEJIN." jihyeon holds both her fists up to her face , glaring at chaejin.

WooHee rolls her eyes, taking a sip of her ice coffee. "Why am I friends with bookworms. " she asked herself, unlocking her phone.

Jihyeon laid on her bed, asking herself a important question that every book fan asks themselves:
"What if he/she came to life? "

Of course , the person Jihyeon wanted to bring to life was Mingyu. Who doesn't want to bring a hot character to life?

Jihyeon laid there, thinking of the stuff she could be doing with mingyu. No, she wasn't thinking of anything dirty. She thought of going to a hippie café with him, playing games in her living room, going to a theme park or dancing in pajamas . it'll be super cute and amazing to be with mingyu and seeing how he's enjoying himself in her world.

Maybe...maybe there is a way to bring fictional characters to life.

How though?

Getting up from her bed, jihyeon turns on her laptop, searching up on Google on how to bring fictional characters to life. There was constant scrolling and clicking on links; some helpful and some too risky to do so. Jihyeon went deep down into Google, hoping to find some useful link she can totally rely on.

After hours of researching , the girl found a link which sounded convincing since it received marvelous feedback and lots of thumbs up from users.

Jihyeon takes her notebook on her desk, copying notes down on it.

How to bring your favourite fictional character to life in 3 easy steps.

1: place your book on the floor and flip the page to where it has your favourite character name on it.

2: light five red candles and place them around the book.

3: once the time says 11:59 pm , bow down and say the character's name exactly 10 times until the time says 12 am.

"well , this is easy. " jihyeon smiled to herself, excited to start on this ritual. She couldn't wait to summon mingyu and tell him how much she loves him. The first thing she would probably do with him would be to take lots of selfies or let him watch beyonce's single ladies MV.

"Alright Jihyeon. Time to get some red candles , candle holders and a lighter."

Of course , she was going to do this ritual today.

She wants to see mingyu. The fictional character she fell in love with.

Maybe its her turn to write her own story with Mingyu.
