HERE IN MUMBAI,
The doctor was checking Osman's blood pressure which had risen due to stress a few hours ago. But it was back to normal now.
Doctor : Now you are absolutely fine , Osman Sahab.
Osman : Maine toh aapse pehale hi kaha tha , But you didn't listen to me !
Suraiya entered the room.
Suraiya : No doctor !  He has not been well since a few days.
Osman : Mai abhi thik huin Suraiya begum !
Osman leaves the room. While going towards the entrance of the house he gets a calk from his sister,  Shabana,  who is very dear to him.
Shabana : Aslaam Wailaikum ,  Bhaijan! Aapki tabiyat ko kya hogaya ?
Osmman : Wailaikum Aslaam Shabana !  Mai bilkul thik huin !
Shabana : Thik hai bhaijaan, Waise aaj Aaliya ko dekhne ,  ladke wale aa rahe hain.
Osman : Arre wah , Yeh toh bahaut hi khushi ki baat hai!
Shabana : Acha Bhaijan ,  kuch kaam hai , mai aapko baad me phone karti huin !
Osman : Haan , thik hai , Khuda Hafees !
Shabana : Ji , Khuda Hafees !
Then Osman leaves for His office.

IN BARKAT ROYAL ,
Osman entered his cabin and found a packet with a letter. He opened the packet and found a QURAN [The holy book of Muslims] stand studded with beautiful stones and crafted in an emphasizing manner. He smiled after seeing it and understood ,  who must have sent it. He took the letter lying on the table and started reading it.
Aslaam Wailaikum Mamu,
Mai janti huin ki aap soch rahe honge , ki maine aaj,  achanak yeh sab kyun kiya. Actually mai aapse bahaut gussa huin : | Aap aapna khayal kyun nahi rakhte ??? Aaj toh aap thik ho , par agar kal aapko kuch aur ho jaye toh , phir kya hoga ??? Aap samjhte kyun nahi hain !  Take care of yourself , please Mamu, Aaj mai dargah jaa rahi huin aapki health ke liye dua mangane,  Aur haan , SURA padh lijiyega, aapko sukoon milega,  itna stress aapki health ke liye accha nahi hai.

Osman smiled after he read the letter ad said to himself -
Meri pyaari Bhanji , apne 'Mamu Ki Bhanji'.
