1. Find something that relaxes you and promotes feelings of comfort and relaxation. For me it's Studio Ghibli movies (the cat returns knocks me tf out) and nice books.

2. Try to stay away from your phone and if you do go on it before bed, turn your brightness all the way down.

3. I can't fall asleep hungry so I always grab a light snack before I go to bed.

4. If you can't fall asleep without some kind of background noise then try white noise or rain noises instead of tv (the brightness and light will only keep you up longer)

5. If you can't fall asleep right away then take a warm shower and try again

6. Make sure to get ready for bed a half hour before you go to bed so that you don't have to worry abt having to get up and do something when you wanna go to sleep

7. If there are any smells that relax you (lavender, etc) then try to put some on your pillow to help you relax and wind down

8. Don't eat anything super sugary before bed bc it will keep you up longer
