My review:
I had not read a historical fiction book in a while and while I was a little set off by the cover, thinking it was going to be all steamy scenes and no substance, I decided to read the book anyway. This is by far the most well written and accurate romantic historical fiction I've ever read! All the details are correct and the story is absolutely wonderful. The main characters are very like able and it's lovely to see their relationship progress and watch them deal with conflict and hard situations. The book is PG-13 up until the very last chapter!
