My name is Ava. I live in Colorado Springs. All I do is eat, sleep, play Cello, watch anime, and listen to music. By music, I mean Kpop. My family doesn't understand why I like what I like but whatever. They can just deal with it.
I also have loads of friends so who needs family support?
Day 1: Saturday April 4
Today was supposed to be a nice day, other than the fact that I have nothing to do. But as no one has ever said, "Doing nothing is better than planning to do something". I live by that quote. Mostly because I came up with it.
Anyway, I had the day all laid out; wake up, eat, watch One Piece, watch BTS vines, type some fanfiction, eat, play my cello, sleep, repeat. That seemed like an outstanding plan if you ask me. And believe me, I was ready to get everything done. I had carefully placed my straw hat next to my laptop, checked the fridge for food, reset my logpose (it's actually an alarm clock), and I even hung my Rap Monster jersey on the computer chair. Everything was set. Until Mom came and ruined everything.
"Ava are you up?" She opened the door without knocking, as usual.
"Yeah." I sighed. No matter what I say, she still bursts into my room unannounced.
"You need to clean this room and the living room. When you finish that, clean the kitchen. Take a shower too."
I stared at her for a moment. The long list of things to do was difficult to process.
She wants me to clean my room, the living room, the kitchen, and take a shower.
The shower I can handle. But the rest of it.....
"Why am I doing this?"
"There is an important guest coming over at 4 so I want the house clean. You need to be dressed nicely too."
"Are you going to be here?"
"No. I'm going to work soon. Your father already left."
"So I'm on my own?"
"Yes. Make sure everything gets cleaned." She turned and walked out.
So I'm supposed to be cleaning right now but I decided to start this journal instead.
Mom left a while ago and so far I only threw one pillow across the room.
