Day 13 - My Cheerleader

Since the day she was born, my daughter has been my consistent cheerleader. When my husband died, she was maybe the only reason why I even got up in the morning. In the years to come, she also managed to cheer me up when I was down. I can't even remember the times she told me to hang on to my dreams when I was ready to give up.

Now, she is not only in her annoying teenager years, but also my best friend. I guess I'm fortunate that I still have a fifteen year old who doesn't refuse to go into public with her aging mom, LOL. We still head to the cinema, the spa and the mall together. She also introduced me to Wattpad (something she has regretted on several occasions when I burned her pizza) and pushed me to get 'Trapped' published this year. So in a sense, I might fail miserably if she wasn't consistently swinging her pom poms.

Thanks, honey bear :)
