Imagine being there for Nathan and him telling you how he feels about you.:

You sat there twiddling your hair in your hands, looking down why biting your lip.

"Nathan" the nun broke you out of your trance as she started to talk to the you and the boy which was your best friend.

You were there however, for moral support. The reason he got in this mess was because he was defending himself and you. This bully was taking his book and talking shit about you and his family and Nathan could remember it all.

*Flashback*

"Hey give it back" Nathan demanded trying to get his stuff back from the bully (Let's call him Jered).

"Why would I listen to you, the only reason your here is because your father left you here, realizing that your worthless and your mom is in hell for what she did" Jared sneers and he looks
over to Nathan's hands which were clenched.

Thankfully, there was no mobs and no one was paying attention to the pair.

"Ohh" the bully started "am I striking a nerve" Nate stayed silent however. Still clenching his fist.

"You see her over there" he pointed over to you. You were Nathan's friend and he was very protective over you, because when he first got here you were the only one to comfort him and show him around and that he was grateful for.

"I've actually seen her around before, she's always hanging around you and I can't tell why, she's wayyyy out of your league buddy" Jered said to Nate

"Leave her out of this" Nathan said clenching his teeth looking over to the h/ced girl.

"Aww you don't want me to talk about your precious princess, well she's the prettiest in this stupid place you don't deserve her" Jared said smirking Nathan was about to riot and it wouldn't be good.

He reached over to Nathan's ear and whispered "She'll never go for a guy like you" and that's when all hell broke loose.

There was so many punches and blood and bruises. The fight officially lasted about a minute or two when it was broken up by security guards.

You being the caring friend you are went over to Nathan to see if he was okay. He had the angriest glint you had ever seen and you had wondered what Jared said to piss Nathan off that bad.

The security was trying to hold Nathan back but Nathan was trying to go back to Jared.

You studied Nathan's face, his was fine just a bruise near his eye but Jared's was all busted and bloody.

You walked over to Nathan but the security guards were warning you to stay back because of his state but you ignored them.

You walked over to Nathan and look him in the eye and talked to him.

"Nate, breathe" you assured him.

Nathan looked at you and his eyes softened, you smiled lightly and hugged him and his hands wrapped around your waist, pulling you in a deep embrace.

When you pulled away you asked him,
"Nathan, what happened?"
