Once Remus and Sirius started dating, Remus's grades dropped. Not that much, of course. He didn't receive a perfect score on everything anymore.
Most likely because Sirius would bother Remus while he was studying. Poking him, whispering dirty this hs on his ears, messing up his papers, drawing on his notes, etc.
And then Moony would just give up on the whole thing and pay attention to his doggy.
