After the new took tay away to see her family a few of the people start the to surround us asking where we have found her and if we were part of the bigger group
Because I was asking so many questions that we couldn't keep up
" okay everyone get back to work I'll handle this" and man said he had a large beard and brown eyes that looked into my soul
Louis clung to my arm like he was scared but I knew better

This is something we did pretend that we were children scared of the new world
"What's your name kid " he asked Ina deep intimidating voice

"And this is Mindy " I tell as she peaks from behind are group

"Nice to meet you I'm rick are you guys alone or do you have a bigger group" he asked suspiciously

"Well you guys can stay here for awhile since you saved Taylor but we don't want freeloaders so everyone has to have a job till you leave is that okay " he asked but it didn't sound like he really cared

"Great I will get Lauren to show where you will be staying and to tell what jobs" he said and turned to walk away welcome to Alexandria" he called over his shoulder

While we we're waiting for Lauren to show up we looked around at are new surroundings

"Do you think this is a good idea " Mindy asked

"They have food and we are hungry say's Louis
" we can't just stay because they have food Louis they could be dangerous" Mindy argued back

" news flash Mindy everyone's dangerous its the zombie fucking apocalypse"Louis argued
The to two youngest for always arguing
"Louis" Naomi scolded him

'Look guys we will stay for a while and see how will its goes" I tell them getting annoyed by their constant bickering

"Hey I'm supposed to show you where you're going to live in the jobs you need to do" she say as we start walking

"So how long have you and your family been here" I say trying to make conversation with her

She smiled at me "we've been here since the start really didn't know what the world was like until Rick group came "

"How did he and his group help" asked really interested in what she had to say

"Well a while back there was this herd of walkers that that showed up and were piling against the fence they were going to get in and we thought we were going to die" she says pointing at the fence with a sad look in her eye

" Rick's son got shot in the middle of it he was really angry and started going through the walkers killing them he told us to grab whatever we could and kill them
So we did it was crazy I'm surprised I survived"she told

"I'm glad you did" I say
She smiled at me
"Will here we are after you get settled in I'll come back and tell you your jobs

"Bye" we all yell as walk though the house trying to find a room
