Dipper was unresponsive as Pacifica desperately tugged on his seemingly lifeless body.
"No! Please, Dipper! I don't want to lose you!" She collapsed on his back.
As she fell, she heard a sound that made her cry. Dippers heartbeat, he was still alive.
Slowly he opened his eyes with pain.
"D-D-Dipper!" Pacifica sobbed.
He sat up clutching his rib, noticing the tears spilling from Pacifica's scuffed face.
"A-are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah I think I'll live." He reassured.
Standing up is another story. Dipper frowned.
Pacifica helped him up, putting his arm around her shoulders, centering the weight.
"Thanks."
Pacifica replied with a smile.
They both limped into the fog, journeying into the mystery that lie before them.
