Straightening up, Jesus said to her, "Woman where are they? Did no one condemn you?"
She said: "No one, Lord."
And Jesus said: "I do not condemn you either. Go, and sin no more."
-John 8:10-11The truth is, everyone is on a different journey. You can't compare yourself to others and ask why your life isn't the same as theirs. God uses each of us in a different way. Some of the greatest evangelists came from very difficult backgrounds, but that is what makes their message so effective. Some of the greatest people in the Bible went through a whole lot of pain and mistakes, only to find themselves still loved by Him. God can use your scars from past sins to bless others! The point is that, those of us who have endured a lot of pain in the past should be grateful for it. After all, it is a priceless experience to be able to relate to others. We all come from sin. It doesn't matter if you are a pastor's child or an ex-criminal. We are all sinners! And yet, we are all loved!
God has a plan for your life. He chose you to go through your experience for a reason. Let him use you.
