I must be insane because I summoned up the courage to go to sally's house, knowing that her dad might answer the door. The sunflower was still by the entrance and outside their bulb glowed bright like the sun. Sally's dad Volvo was parked outside so he was definitely in. How did i get sally into this mess, I've just screwed up the only good thing in my life, I have no idea what to do or say, all i know is that I can't leave her alone in this. I pressed the doorbell and a few seconds later standing in front of me was sally's dad. He grabbed me immediately and punched me in fury, 'you've ruined my daughter's life, you animal. How dare you show yourself here'? I pulled away 'I just came to see sally, and to make sure she's okay'. He gasps for air, a strained look on his face. 'Mr Williams I'm so sorry sir, I never meant for this to happen'. He stood up. 'She is not here and you will never see her again, forget about her and get the hell out of my house. The next time I see you, I swear to God that I will kill you and not care about the consequence. You took my little girl away from me and i will never ever, forgive you for that'. He went inside the house and slammed the door.
I wanted to summon the ground to swallow me; I was scared, lonely and desperate at the same time. I needed my mom to hold me at this moment and tell me that everything would be okay. I needed her more than I've ever needed her in my entire life. I also needed my deadbeat dad but he was gone too, he just left and I was all alone. I walked to the pharmacy bought a bottle of painkillers and went home. I pour all of them into my hands and stared at the glass of water. Then I thought about sally, and the eyes, nose and how little the baby's hand would be and I stood up and threw the pills in the bin.
