Chapter One

"...and you promise you will write every day and never miss one of my calls?!" Erin screamed in my ear and cried on my shoulder. I hugged even harder,

"Erin I promise to do all those things but you seem to be forgetting that you coming down next week end to stay for a week!" I started to fall back with Erin basically glueing herself to me. Me and Erin were more than best friends and maybe even better than sister we were pretty much the same person with different names.

I hated leaving her but a deal was a deal. Five years ago a very lonely, depressed thirteen year old me had told my parents that we would only leave the Luna Night pack for as long as Granny was sick. Even now her death leaves a emptiness in my heart.

I know that it's cruel to say this but Granny had been my ticket out of hell. What I hadn't counted on was that I would become so attached to her that when she died a part of me died with her. I have to say though eighteen year old me could not be happier with my thirteen year old decision and I can't wait to see the looks on all the face of the people who used to tease me.

I have to admit I did pretty well with my movie transformation, well okay Erin helped, okay Erin helped A LOT. I am now not fat but have a perfect hour glass figure that even Erin is jealous of. My once busy mouse brown hair is now blond and falls in to perfect curls down till my belly button, I also have a golden tan to match.

Even though Erin would never agree I pale in comparison to her, she has pale skin and short jet black hair that goes perfectly with her icy blue eyes, while my eyes are still as piecing green as ever. Though she is shorter than me she isn't by much witch is good because I am 5' 6'.

Letting go of her slowly I turn and wave good bye to my other close friends Michael, Hannah and Lily. I am going to miss them all so much. When I first came here five years ago they were all so kind and understanding and I wouldn't have got though everything without them.  Telling them about my past had been hard but I am glad I did because they were able to help me put it all aside.

Giving them all one final hug I slowly walked to the car where my parents were calmly waiting. They understood how I was feeling so they gave me space which I appreciated. Sitting in and buckled up I turned and waved goodbye to my best friends before facing forward and getting ready for the Luna Night pack to meet the new and improved me.
