Josh's pov:
I wake up to a bright light. I look to my left and see my mom. She's sitting there and smiles. Tears form and she says "how are you doing baby?". What does she mean how am I doing. I'm fine. I need to get ready for school. I go to get up and EVERYTHING in my body cracks and burns. I help and hands force me down. I turn expecting my dad but find these nurses. "Where am I?" I ask. "Josh, you were in a very serious car accident yesterday. There was a girl with you. I believe her names Colleen. They are unsure of how it happened. Do you remember what happened?" She says. "An accident... I was in an accident?" I ask. "Yes Josh is anything coming back to you?" She tries to pry into my mind. "The girl, Colleen, is-is she o-okay?" I ask hoping to not experience my worst nightmare. "J-Josh, please just answer my question" she says. "Tell me, is she okay." She just stares at me blank faces. "Mom! Tell me! Tell me is she okay!!" I scream and with that I am out like a light.
