For anyone wondering... Un is French for One... just so that you aren't completely confused.

I smiled at the plane ticket in my hand. Off to London! This was so exciting for me. I'd never thought I would have gotten the job opportunity in London, though I did get almost top marks in my class. Even though my high school career was horrible, my College career was outstanding - well in my eyes it was.

I just never thought if I applied to work at this high-end place in a whole different continent that I would get the job! It was by far, the highlight of my life. Well, maybe. Right now its pretty big though. The only thing that could top this is actually meeting my idols of course. Maybe one day I will actually meet them...

Naw, I bet that's still pretty impossible. I handed the lady at the desk my ticket and passport and she scanned it then took my bags. I turned around back to my two best friends who were standing behind me. They looked so proud, but also so sad that I was leaving... actually, maybe more mad than sad.

"How could you be leaving us?" Michelle fake frowned then violently punched my arm.

I jumped back and caressed my arm, "ow! That really fucking hurt ok?"

She scoffed, "you're such a baby."

I rolled my eyes and looked at my other friend who was laughing slightly at Michelle and I. She sniffled a bit and I pulled her into a hug, "aw is da little bebe Randi cryin'?"

She chuckled, "I'm not a baby!"

I hugged her just a little tighter then let go and took a step back, "well you are going to try out for Disney on ice in a little while, you'd be leaving me anyways..."

She nodded her head and looked towards the ground. Michele smacked the side of my head, "you idiot!" She complained.

I held the back of my head and turned to look at her, "what the hell was that for!?"

She glared at me, "I was trying not to make this goodbye all sappy because its not a goodbye, its a see you later kind of thing and I don't want no one crying!"

I laughed and pulled her into a hug, "admit it, you'll miss me!"

"I never said I wouldn't miss you," she hugged me back, "I just don't feel like crying today."

I pulled away from her and smiled back at my two best friends. I hated to be leaving at the time they both needed so much support. Michelle having just broken up with probably the cutest guy she'll ever be with - it was an ugly break up though. Then their's Randi who is about to audition for a spot on the Disney on Ice team.

Such 'big' moments in our lives and we are only a year out of high school.

I sighed and gave them each one last hug before making my way to security. I said goodbye to my family a week ago before they went on holidays to the East coast. More like visiting family. They were going to be there for the rest of the summer and I wouldn't see them again until one of us buys a plane ticket to visit the other. Or tickets.

As I boarded the plane I was shaking all over, all my life I had lived in the same old house. Not once did I even switch houses and here I was... moving to a whole knew environment. It was very scary on my part.

I could never sleep on planes, so for 11 hours I sat there with my laptop writing someone else's story. I loved it. It kind of put me at ease.
