Blaire...

What can I say about Blaire?

I've known her for around a week and she's already invaded me,my body, my mind, especially my dreams... Every night the same dream of her and I making love, it's amazing and feels so real. As if it's something more than just my subconscious that has encouraged these dreams that make my pants extremely tight.

I may not know much about her but I've still picked up a few things. For example she sits with her back straight and has excellent table manners, every time she lets a 'yes please' or 'no thank you' slip through her gorgeous pink lips my mother's face lights up. I couldn't help but feel... Proud of my beautiful mate.

'She's not even our's moron' my wolf, Ralph scoffs.

I frown down at my plate full of food, we were currently having a pack feast outside. I was sitting on a table along with Blaire, Blake, Lily, Ethan, Alice, Tate, Blake's mate and my parents and Aunt Veronica.

My wolf was right however, that blue eyed, giggling, innocent, sweet and vulnerable girl- No... Woman, isn't mine. She hasn't spoken a word to me since we sat down at the table, she sits across from me with my father and mother at the head of the table and my pack members and their mates sitting across from each other. But I do have to say, she has been stealing glances at me the whole dinner, which is a sign... Right?

Yes... It must be. I'm sure of it.

But by god, if I ever thought Blaire was beautiful before, nothing compares to what she looks like right now. Her curvaceous body was wrapped in a white dress with blue flowery print that flared out around her waist and ended just above her knees, she looked like a china doll, with her pale skin and big blue eyes.

'She could be my china doll any day...' My wolf barked huskily.

I shut Ralph up before he got too ahead of himself. Like he said earlier, she's still not ours, but I'll be damned if I don't try to get her back.

'You never had her in the first place' Ralph cackled. I swear, sometimes this whole wolf in my head thing gets old.

Everything would have been fine if it wasn't for Britney...

I don't even know what Britney was talking about, the only reason I said the L-word was because her father, the Alpha of the Steel Pack was giving me the evil eye. Britney and I never really dated... The only reason she even came to live in our pack was because her father insisted it was a 'good idea' to see if we were mates. We obliged because we knew nothing about Britney and the Steel Pack has been known as a lose cannon for decades since Britney's father took over.

And no one wants a war... Right?

So back to the story... Once Britney came and I met her, I knew she wasn't the one. I mean yeah, she was smokin' hot and all but she smelt of chemicals and her voice was obscenely high pitched. But I had to admit, she was extremely persistent, not even the girls in my pack were this desperate to get with me. Then one morning Blake had came up to me and shouted in my face, asking me why I was dating Britney.

You see, when Blake and I were 10 we made a pact to save ourselves for our mates, whoever broke the pact received major consequences.

So apparently Britney had gone behind my back and told EVERYONE in the whole freaking werewolf world that we had started to date and soon we were to wed, all because SHE thought we were mates. When I approached her she seemed confused, as if she actually believed what she had spread was true. Eventually the word got to my parents who were extremely confused and hurt that I didn't tell them, but once I had told them of my conundrum they took matters into their own hands. In the next week Britney was being shipped off to Greece to meet yet another Soon-To-Be-Alpha.

So when I saw her in the Gym I was scared for my life, but she seemed... Normal. Hahaha.... How wrong I was.

"Christian? Hello? You in there? Christian?" I was pulled back into reality by my mother's voice which was irked with concern, I faced her to see a V being shaped In between her eyebrows.

"Yes?" I asked, clearly confused on what the absolute hell is happening. And why no one is at the table anymore except for Blaire, my parents and I.

"Why don't you help Blaire take the dishes in, be a gentlemen while your mother and I talk to Gary" Dad spoke giving me a knowing look before mum and him left to talk to Gary, our Beta.

Soon I found myself in one of the happiest moments of my life. Alone. In a room. With my beautiful mate. Only now catching onto my fathers knowing look. Oh! This is gonna be fun.

Time to give my mate a taste of her own medicine.
