When she smiles

She smiles
With the sun on her shoulders,
And a glimmer in her eyes
That no one could ever replace.
And she laughs
With the whole world on her side,
And the birds sing in harmony
With the contagious sound.
The trees and rivers can only hope
To be as beautiful as she.
But don't get too close.
Just touch her and she'll crumble,
Just one word and the fire in her eyes
Will extinguish.
And maybe she looks strong,
Like the mighty mountains
And all their beauty,
But even they
Have broken pieces
That crumble when touched.
