My heart still cannot scrutinize,
The unfateful day
When you transformed
From the greatest
I believed of you,
To the cheapest
I found in you.
Love is blind,
But wonder
Where I lost my eyes.
How I failed to see
All those failed promises?
Why did I never questioned
Those deceitful words?
A lame heart I had,
So eager to fall in love,
I overlooked all reasons,
Forgot that fools rush in.
Now, I pay..
The price of my earnestness.
As each day,
I deal with the pains
You shower upon me,
In exchange of my trust in you.
