Home sweet home or so they say.
The weekend was up and that meant we had to go home, back to a life of lying and hiding but I'd do it all hiding what me and jase are pretending we're just "brothers", I'd to it everyday that I had to just to be able to hold onto this fantasy of what we might actually have and I was praying it was real...I need this to be real.
"Come on babe we have to go in there at some point" Jase said getting out the car.
"You can't call me babe around them jase, what if you slip up? and they find out, I'll lose you" I rambled
"shh, your never going to lose me" he whispered to me
I nodded and braced myself for carol's over sweetness
"EEEPP!! my babies are home!" She screamed before we'd even gotten inside fully
"Hey... mum" I managed to choke just to make her happy
"mum?" jase whispered nudging me
"explain later" I said just in time as carol engulfed me in yet another hug
"Mummy and daddy missed aidenbear so much" carol coed
"she's knows your not 3 right?" Jase scoffed
I shruged but carol ignored it dragging us inside the house
"what do you want for tea? oh my I don't even know your favourite food how god damn awful is that?" carol said panicking
"I'm not really fussed, not to hungry" I mumbled trying to make an escape to my room
"i'll put your washing on for you hun, you go relax for a bit" carol said grinning so widely I was afraid her face would stay that way forever if the wind changed.
jase's p.o.v
Mum? Aiden called her mum? what's wrong with everyone seriously, I refuse to call such anyone mum, I don't have a mum anymore and i'm in no hurry to get a new one, not now and not ever! I made a bee line for my room taking Aiden with me.
"What's with the whole mum thing?" I asked sitting on my bed
he shrugged
"explain maybe?" I promted
"It makes her happy, If she's happy she'll let me stay and that way I can stay here, with you" he rambled quickly
I grabbed his arm pulling him closer to me
"Aiden, I love you" I said kissing him
"I love you too" he replied blushing
"aww good to hear you too getting along, brotherly love what I like to hear!" Carol yelled through the door
I jumped moving to the door quickly sliding the bolt across so she couldn't walk in. This sucks already all I wanted was him in my arms in my bed not a secret anymore it's killing me
