Chapter 3 ☆

C H A P T E R 3 ☆

Aubrey ☆

"Hello?" Her voice ranged through the phone. She picked up on the first ring.

"Say something." I whispered to Dacian.

He shook his head rapidly.

"You say something." He whispered back.

I shook my head.

"Um hello.." Her voice ranged through the phone again. 

I sighed before pressing the end call button.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Dacian questioned me.

I shrugged my shoulders.

"She's your sister." I replied back to him.

"Well you called her!" Dacian snapped throwing his hands up in the air.

I shook my head.

"I was nervous." I mumbled.

"Me too," Dacian said in agreement.

I can't believe we just called her and didn't say anything. She's probably creeped out or something.

"Let's not call her until we're actually ready to talk to her." I told Dacian.

He nodded his head in agreement.

"I couldn't agree more." He replied back.

I went into the living room and laid out on the couch.

"I have an idea for the baby's room." I told Dacian holding my stomach.

"What is it?" Dacian questioned me putting my feet over his lap and sitting down on the couch.

"Well if we have a boy I want the room to be a light blue and be space themed. His bed would be the rocket ship, he could have little meteors all around his room. It would be so cute. If it's a girl I want her room to be light green so it could be a princess and the frog theme. It would be so adorable." I said spacing out into my own little world.

"Yeah." Dacian just said making me look at him. He's on his phone and probably wasn't listening to a thing I just said.

I rolled my eyes.

"You aren't listening are you?" I questioned him.

He nodded his head.

"I am." He said with his eyes still on his phone.

These electronics are taking over the world.

I put my hand over his phone making him remove my hand.

I sighed before fully snatching the phone out of his hand.

"Hey!" He yelled mean mugging me.

I look at his phone to see that he was looking at his emails.

"You work too much." I stated poking my lips out.

He has been working constantly. I've gotten use to it really so it didn't bother me until now really.

"Well I have to keep a roof over our head and be able to buy you whatever you want." Dacian replied back to me.

"Well for now all I want is your attention that's all." I stated grabbing his chin and holding it.

"Now you have my attention...." He said leaning down and kissing me on the lips.

He then wrapped his self around me and cuddled up close to me.

I smiled and kiss his cheek.

"Now that I have your phone let me see if you've been being a good boy." I stated unlocking his phone again.

He gave me his password a while ago so I'm surprised I even remember it.

I looked through his messages and seen nothing but the usual text messages to his friends.

"I've been a good boy." He said biting my cheek and making me giggle.

"Hmmmm yeah." I said before going to his photos.

I looked through his photos to see his adorable selfies. I clicked on one where he has dog ears and a nose.

"This is cute." I giggled.

I turned to see Dacian staring at me.

"Not more adorable then you are." He said making me chuckle.

"I know." I said making Dacian laugh.

"Just imagine how cute our baby is gonna be." I added with a smile on my face.

He nodded his head in agreement.

"He's gonna be too cute." Dacian stated making me shake my head.

"I can't wait until we find out the gender of our baby because you're so wrong." I said to him.

He shook his head.

"I'm always right and there's definitely a boy in there." He stated rubbing my belly.

"Hmmm whatever you say." I mentioned closing my eyes.

I've been very exhausted lately for no reason.

"Don't tell me you're trying to go to sleep on me." Dacian said kissing my face.

"I'm tired, stop." I said smacking his head softly.

He smacked his lips.

"Don't go to sleep I'm not tired yet." Dacian said poking me.

"Carry me to the bed." I said ignoring what he said.

I heard him sigh and I felt myself being lifted off of the couch.

"You better be lucky I love you or else I would've just left you on the couch to wake up with a stiff back." I heard him say.

I wrapped my arm gently around his neck and snuggled into his arms.

I could feel him walking up the stairs with me and then I heard him open our room.

He gently laid me down on the bed and tucked me in.

"Goodnight babygirl." He whispered to me kissing my forehead.

He turned off the lights and left me in the room by myself.

Soon after that I fell right to sleep.
