"I don't have to, because I have this" I said while pointing to my head, hoping that it made me look cool.
"Oh that's nice" She chuckled.
One point! I giggled mentally.
"Me too" She added afterwards. I felt the familiar feeling of embarrassment for the second time.
"I forgot that she's Missy's sister, of course she's also smart" I mumbled.
My dream of being her cheat mate vanished in an instant and the excitement that I am feeling earlier is slowly disappearing.
"Hey, what happened? are you alright?" she inquired anxiously when she noticed that I suddenly became gloomy.
"Yes, I'm fine" I replied simply while avoiding her gaze. I have to come up of another way to impress her and make her like me.
I rejoiced when the bell rang, indicating that it's lunch break already. I'm so hungry since I only ate bread and coffee.
"Okay class, see you after an hour" our teacher said before disappearing from our sight, she must be hungry already.
I pouted when my classmates started surrounding Allison, they want to join her for lunch. I want to invite her to eat with me but I can't because she already said yes to all of them.
Why aren't they asking me?
"I guess I will eat on my own today" I mumbled before standing up and about to go out when Missy suddenly appeared and clung on my left arm.
"Salty! Let's eat together!" she said excitedly.
"Aren't you supposed to be in your class?" I asked frowning. Lunch break time are different per section to avoid crowdedness in the canteen.
"We're classmates!" She replied giggling.
"Classmates? How come I didn't see you?"
"Because I didn't attend class today, I'm tired and I want to sleep more" She replied simply. I chuckled by her honesty, she's like a ten year old kid.
"You should wake up early, you will be left behind of our lessons if you're like that" I preached while pinching her nose.
"Don't worry Salty because I can ace my exams! I'll attend our class tomorrow, but can I sit beside you too?" I do want that, but I still prefer Allison beside me.
"Missy, stop bugging Salt" Allison spoke from my back.
"I'm just inviting her to eat with us" she argued pouting.
"Oh, Salt is that fine with you?" Allison asked me smiling.
Who would not want to eat with you? I nodded hastily in response.
Missy jumped in rejoice before pulling me out of our classroom. It's always better to eat with more people than eating alone, especially if you're with your crush.

A lot of student used to tell me that I'm very fortunate because I'm friends with them, but I don't feel lucky at all. They fancy me because I'm not afraid of cockroach and rats, that's the reason why I'm cool for them.
