Let's Learn Consonant & Vowel.[Part 3]

Hye, guys~ Today we will learn another consonants which are ㅋ,ㅌ,ㅍ,ㅎ. Let's start it!!!

ㅋ[K]
ㅋ is pronounced more strongly than ㄱ ,so you can think of it as the hard [k].

ㅌ[T]
ㅌ is also pronounced more strongly than ㄷ ,so you can think of it as the hard [t].

ㅍ[P]
ㅍ is pronounced more strongly than ㅂ ,so you can think of it as the hard [p].

ㅎ[H]
ㅎ has the sound value [h].

Now, we move to vowels.There are 5 vowels that we gonna learn. Which are ㅑ,ㅕ,ㅒ,ㅖ,ㅗㅏ.

ㅑ[ya]
ㅑ is pronounced as [ya] in the word 'yarn'.

ㅕ [yeo]
ㅕ is the combination of ㅣ[i] and ㅓ[eo].So it is pronounced like [yeo] in the word 'yuh'.

ㅒ[ye]
ㅒ is the combination of ㅣ[i] and ㅐ[e].So it is pronounced like [ye] in the word 'yeah'.

ㅖ[ye]
ㅖ is the combination of ㅣ[i] with ㅔ[e] so it is pronounced as [ye] in the word 'yeah'.Don't get confused!As you notice,ㅖ and ㅒ have the same sound. Consider them just different ways of spelling.

ㅗㅏ[wa]
ㅗㅏ is the combination of ㅗ[o] and ㅏ[a] ,so it is pronounced as [wa] in the word 'wash'.

Now, we can make some words with the consonants and vowels we have learned.
