A few hours later
You put the plate of food in front of kili to only see him stand up and walk to the room so you followed him. As you where walking you saw him stop so you walked up to him, got in front of him to only hear him say

"Let's get married like today, like right now"

As he said that you noticed that he was crying so you pulled him into a hug so he hugged you back to only hear you say

"Let's get you to bed"

With that he pulled apart then said

"I mean it Y/N let's get married today like right now please I love you and I want to let the kingdom know that I love you please"

As he said that you saw him cry a tear so you hugged him to only hear him say

"I'm loosing him Y/N, I'm loosing my brother to the gold in the mountain, help me please"

As he said that you hugged him back to only hear him say

"When I was younger fili use to always tell me that soon I will be King and that I'll be marrying the love of life and that we will be a happy family but not all of it has come true, the only thing that has come true is that I'm getting married to the love of my life"

As he said that you felt him hug you tight and a tear fall down face so you sighed pulled apart then said

"Go and marry the princess of iron hill"

As you said that he looked at you with a confusing look then said

"What no I want to marry you, I want to be with you and only you"

"But your loosing your brother kili and that's one person you don't want to loose now go and marry the princess of iron hill for me"

As you said that you saw a tear fall from his face and you heard him say

"But I love you"

"And I love you to and doing this breaking my heart but seeing you and fili like this is killing me please kili for me"

As you said that he placed his forehead on yours so you closed your eyes to only hear him say

"You will always be in my heart and I'll always love you"

As he said that you felt a tear roll down your face and you heard yourself say

"I will always love you to kili"

With that he kissed you so you kissed back but as you did he pulled apart then said

"Wait for me will you"

With that you looked at him, placed a hand on his cheek then said

"Always"

With that he kissed you again so you kissed back then he pulled apart and walked out and walked back to his place and as he did you felt your heart break and you felt tears rolling down your face so you walked back to your bed, laid down in it and held the necklace kili gave you while cried yourself to sleep wishing none of this was happing, wishing you never let kili walk out.

Kilis pov: a few hours later
I looked at the girl that was standing next to me to only feel my heart break because the girl isn't Y/N, the girl isn't the love of my life so I sighed and i knew right there that I had lost the most important person in my life all because of the crown and riches, all because of the line of durin.
