Chapter 12 - The Curse of the Glittery Slytherins.

Sirius POV

I don't know what got over me, one second I was listening to Summers yell on about things that we had supposedly caused, and the next thing I know, I was snogging her. But don't blame me, she's smokin' when she's angry.

I felt her pull away and didn't really expect what had come next, although I really should have. Her fist hit my right in the nose, even though it didn't hurt I still held my hand up over my nose and yelled, "Argh! What the hell Summers!" just to make her feel as if she had succeeded in hurting me.

Once she turned to leave, I removed my hand from my nose and watched the petite girl run off. I could have sworn that I heard sobs, but I was probably just hearing things as never in the four years that I've known her, seen a single tear even threaten to fall from her eyes.

After loosing sight of the brunette, I slowly made my way to the courtyard where I was sure that I would find James, Remus, and Peter.

On my way, I thought of the things that Summers was yelling at me about. Had we really caused her to go to the hospital wing fifty four times? And did we really make the last four years hell for her?' I began to feel bad. 'What if she actually ended up committing suicide all because of us? What we did was all just tormenting and pranks... weren't they?'

But the more I thought back on what we had pulled on her, the clearer it became that quite a bit of the stuff we did could have been, and probably was, pretty bad. There were so many times that we probably humiliated her in front of the entire school.

Once I reached the courtyard I saw that I was correct, James, Remus, and Peter were all there.

"I have the perfect prank to pull on Malfoy-" James started.

"Malfoy graduated last year," Remus interrupted him. A growl escaped James.

"Well, I have the perfect prank to pull on Bellatrix-" Remus, yet again, interrupted him.

"To turn everything that she touched pink with glitter, she would kill you."

"No she wouldn't!" James argued like a child.

"Yes Prongs, she would," Remus said.

James crossed his arms over dramatically and made a little "huff" ing sound.

"How 'bout we do that to all the Sytherins," I suggested.

"Perfect thinking Padfoot!" James exclaimed before him and I took off for the kitchens to mess around with the things being placed on the Slytherin table, charming all of the glasses to fill up with some sort of charmed drink to make the plan forgo perfectly.

Later that night at dinner when everything the Slytherins touched turned pink and sparkly, we quickly received a weeks worth of detentions with Dumbledore, starting directly after dinner.

~*~

After detention had passed, which Dumbledore had just had us sort these vials of blue glowing things into order alphabetically and then if there were more than one per name, put them in order of date. Anyway, after detention James and I headed up to our dorm to work on any final touches on a little map that we've been working on, also known as, The Marauders Map.

When we got to our dorm, Peter was already in there, doing homework with a quite frustrated look on his face.

I walked over to him, looked down at the book he was trying to read from, and turned it around to the right way, so that it wasn't upside-down for him anymore.
