"Let this go as an example!" The king screamed to the crowd, he steeped back a bit to sturdy his pose.

The sword a foot away from her chest, seconds away from being thrust into her chest, she held her breath..

She saw his muscles tense, about to bring her death, she closed her eyes.

To her surprise she didn't feel pain of a blade piercing through her, instead the king cried out in pain.

She opened her eyes.

An arrow grazed the arm that was previously holding the sword?

She looked behind her

In the distance there was nearly 100 elves, a few marrow and of course, jedimie

She smiled as she noticed the grip the soldiers had on her loosened.

She stood with no resistance, the soldiers let her go

"If I had been lying to you all then how did this army get here!?" She questioned the crowd

It was silent.

She picked up the sword the king had dropped and pointed it in his general direction

"King, for lying, stealing, and cursing,  as rightful heir,  support of multiple kingdoms, and the loyalty of this kingdom, I find you guilty and punish you to death"

The king's face fell solemn as there were shouts of agreement from the magical creatures, along with the majority of the town's folk.

"No! LONG LIVE THE KING!" One of the guards shouted, he was attempting a chant

The king raised an eye brow

Jed pushed himself back into the air and hovered above, when the guard didn't stop his rebellion Jed's throat briefly glowed before he spit fire onto the single rebel, scorching him from the earth

The king's smirk dropped again and he began slowly back stepping

"Let that guard be a warning!" Terrance called

"Long live the queen!" Came a hell from one of the castle Windows,

Terrance looked up to see prince Davis, or.. I guess just Davis

"Long live lady Terrance! Long live lady Terrance! Long live lady Terrance!" Davis said, beginning a chant

She smiled, they could never have a romance, her heart belonged to another, but she felt like her was good, unlike his father.

The king turned and sprinted away.

Terrance darted after him.

She followed him up the palace stairs, into the castle, he throws anything he can behind him in attempts to slow her down.

Terrance chased him up a winding staircase, it felt never ending, by the time they reached the top her lungs were burning and her legs were numb.

She stepped up the last step and into the room at the top of the tallest tower. She walked in and glances around.

No one?

But she chased him up here?

After a few seconds of confusion she began scanning the room again.

When her back was turned the king kicked her hand that was holding the sword and scooped it up as it hit the floor.

He spun her around, pushed her against the wall adjacent to the door and placed the sword to her throat.

"No one. NO ONE will steal my kingdom" he said with rage turning his face a bright red

She smiled

"Why are you smiling!?" He questioned, getting more furious

"Because, it's already been stolen." She said
