Ever since I moved to Georgia from Miami people have been saying that we all changed (me and my family) and I swear every time we visit them I hear
"You a lil white girl now"
"You so prissy"
"Y'all talk like white girls"
My own family says this about me and my sisters like what does that even mean
Just because we talk properly we're white
Just because we are not loud and ratchet we're white
Just because we don't dress like them we're white
Don't get me wrong now we can be loud just like them but we choose not to because that's not how we were raised
The only way I would act like that is when I'm standing up for myself or when I'm just kidding around
They act like it's impossible for a black girl to speak proper English
or to act calm and collected
or to dress with their body covered
Well guess what.....it is possible so get that ghetto fabulous ratchet black girl image out of your head😒
