My escape from the brinks of reality,
My release from the hold of opinions.
I could make my own world,
And if I please, I could have a team of vampire minions.
I have no bounds,
No chains,
And your mouth will never make a sound.
I have no finish,
No limits,
And my expectations never diminish.
It's something I can always hold close,
Dream about every day,
And can love the most.
I can keep it under a lock and key,
You can never break it,
It's part of me.
Anything can come true,
No matter how crazy the wish,
And it's one thing not circled around you.
I can fly high in the sky,
Control the wind,
And never ask why.
It holds as much as the universe,
Dreams as much as a star,
Thinks as much as a ghost,
And can erase a scar.
It's my mind.
My world.
My hopes.
