Chapter2: Heather!

We finally arrived on Berk, and were tired. I didn't realize that our little activity wasted a lot of our time. Then, I heard Gobber shouting. "Hiccup! Hiccup! Hiccup! We have a visitor! In the Great Hall! You too Astrid!" Gobber shouts. "Who is it Gobber?" Astrid asks. "Go ahead and find out." He replies. Me and Astrid ran to the Great Hall. Then we saw a familiar face........ It was Heather! I can't believe it! "Hiccup!" She shouts. "Astrid!" She also shouted.

Astrid's POV

"Heather!?" I shrieked.

"What in Odin's beard are you doing here?!"

"Oh! Are you surprised? Oh, I hope you are! I'm going to live here now!" My jaw nearly broke.

"What!!!??" I cried out.

"What did you say?" Hiccup asked.

"I'm gonna live here from now on, I can be part of the academy!" She says hyperly. More like, hyper-like.

"Oh... Thats...... Great!" Says Fishlegs. Snotlout pushed Hiccup and got in front of Heather and said: "So, since your living here now...... What do you want to do?".

I was silent. I didn't say a word.
We were friends, yes. We are friends.

But, it's like I still don't trust her. It's kind of in wrong timing.

Hiccup must've noticed. Cause he held my hand and pulled me far from the others.
"Astrid, are you okay?" He asks.

"Who?Me!? Of course! Why wouldn't I be?" I lied.

"I know you still don't trust her that much. Go easy on her." I frowned even more.

"Astrid, that was before! It was a long time ago. 3 months ago to be exact. It all changed now. Lets try to make friends with her." He says.

He can be so comforting. I love that about him. "Okay, I'll try." I replied. We went to the great hall to tell Hiccup's dad.

Hiccup's POV

When me and Astrid went to see my dad at the great hall, I saw him looking at the painted portraits of the famous Viking leaders and their sons. And, I'm the only SKINNY one. How great.

"Um... Dad?" I tapped him on the back.

"Oh! Son there you are! I thought your in the great hall with your visitor?"

"Um.. Yeah! We just came here....." I asked him.

"Oh, well sorry, so what is it?"

"Oh, do you remember Heather?" I ask.

"Why yes! The girl with the kidnapped parents? Alvin was responsible right? She's your visitor right?"

"Yes."

"What about her, son?"

"Um dad, she's going to live here now. I'm just asking permission from you."

"Why of course! It will be nice if we have more members in the Hairy Hooqligans tribe." He says.

"Well, there's a lot to plan, first their house then how they treat our dragons and Heather's very own DRAGON." Astrid's eyes went big.

Bigger then Fishlegs' addiction to dragons.

"What!?" He shouts.

"Why? Why does she need a dragon?" Astrid asks like as if she couldn't believe what my dad just said.

"Well, if she only wants to." Then, Astrid ran outside..

"What's up with her?" Dad asks.

"I'll be right back dad," I say. Then I ran outside.

"Astrid! Wait up" she stopped running. He turned to me and said: "Hiccup, please tell me this isn't happening! Tell me this isn't happening!! You aren't really getting her a dragon right!?"
She asks. I swore I can see a tear running down her cheek.

"Astrid, what is happening to you!? It's just a dragon!" She couldn't believe anything.

"Hiccup. I can't let her join us. I STILL don't trust her! No matter how long it was, I never did got over it! And I will never. She is not what you think she is!!" She shouts at me.

"Astrid, why are you letting yourself caught up in this!?" I shout-replied at her. She looked on the ground and put out her 'sad' face on.

"Astrid, listen to me, no matter how long it is, she was thankful for us beacuse we helped her. Just get over it now, okay?" I say trying to calm her down. "Okay. I'll try." She replies.

Astrid's POV

He was right. Why was I letting myself caught up in this? Who cares if she is going to live here? I should be happy cuz me and Ruffnut aren't the only teenage girls in Berk anymore. Or even in the Academy. I should be happy.

Uh..... I don't even want to reply anymore.
