The animals of forest creek high

~|Chapter 6|~ magical abiltys

I felt my heart beat faster in my cheast as the wolves approached me. The alpha wolf had black fur with scars over its face anad neck maybe from past fights. The remaining four wolves had grey coats that looked as sharp as steel and two of them were limping. They all had icy blue eyes that looked like they could pierce your soul. Then the wolves stopped in their tracks and looked at a small willow tree at the far edge of the clearing probably calling the rest of the pack here.
I got up then dusted all the dirt off of my clothes. As i dusted off my shirt i noticed that on the back of my hand i had a glowing green mark that looked like a plant growing. Then i heard a raspy voice say Can you help us? We were ambushed by demons. It must have been the alpha wolf. I went slowly up to the alpha wolf and when i was about three feet away i heard a little girls voice singing from behind a tree. 'If anyone is there come out now!' i yelled out into the forest.

A tan little girl in a blue dress came out from behind the willow tree into the bright sunlight. Her hair was jet black and her eyes shone a maroon color in the sunlight. She came towards me and the wolf pack ran in front of me and showed their fangs at the little girl. 'Miss dont be fooled by the little girl she is a demon trying to kill you and your friends.' The alpha wolf told me as he protected me from the demon. This all must still be a dream' i said as i pinched my arm hard. 'Ow! I exclaimed. 'Miss you can call me jason and you have to use your powers to defeat her.' Jason told me. 'Why does everyone keep saying i have powers? If i had powers i whould have used them already.' I said to jason. Jason responded with 'you do have powers you just have to tap into your aura and focus. Thats all you have to do.'  'Ok' i said uneasily. I closed my eyes and focused and felt a tingling sensation throughtout my body. I felt like i got lifted a few inches above the ground and brown and bright green mist swirled arouned me. I opened my eyes to see i was still in my clothes from the previous day and my jeans and shirt were coverd in caked on dirt from laying on the ground. I smelled pine needles
And dirt and i felt like i was floating back down to the ground.

My senses were heghtend to the point which i could not bear. I could hear the individual insects walking on the ground from where i was standing, i could separate every smell in the forest to a particular animal or plant, i could feel every little bump on my tounge,  i could feel every line on my fongers and palm, i could see the blue ridge montains thousands of miles from where i stood.
And then darkness...
