By the time i reached the station everyone was already upstairs. Walking up the stairs i could hear arguing and of course it was my brother alex and jack.
"Are you ever going to stop fighting with each other"
"No" they both said at the same time
"If johnson sees" I was cut off by the head of are unit
" Everyone its time to roll out so get your lazy ass up and meet me at the crime scene" he said whilst walking out
"I guess im stuck with you"
"Amber you've been my partner for a long time you just have to get use to it" Brian said whilst getting his jacket
"Aw you guys should totally date" Brooke laughed whilst smirking
"Hey my baby sister is to young to date" Alex smirked whilst putting an arm around me
"We arent dating first of all now lets go and see who's dead now" i yell whilst walking out
"Good luck with her" sam said whilst playfully punching Brian
They all get in there cars and drive to the crime scene.
Johnson uncovers the body and it reveals to be a young girl with a bullet in her head.
In the corner of my eye i see a person acting very suspicious so i go up to them.
"Did you do this or did you see what happened"
"I didnt do shit to that girl so why dont you mind your own business lady" the stranger said whilst getting up into my face.
"First of all back up and this is my job so if you have a problem keep it to yourself. You know something i saw the way you looked at the dead girl"
"Bitch your really getting on my nerves"
"Im just doing my" Before i could finish his fist collided with my face and i collapsed onto the floor.
Sam ran and pulled the guy back.
"Im arresting you on assaulting an officer what you say or do will be held against you" sam says whilst cuffing him.
"You okay am" brooke said whilst helping me up
"Im fine"
"What happened here" sergeant Johnson said
"Amber was assaulted" Jack replied
"Its nothing but i know that guy has something to do with that girl"
"Okay as long as your okay everyone Start questioning other witnesses"
Everyone goes and starts questioning people except brian and amber
"I shouldve been there im your partner"
"Im fine dont worry about it" i smile and walk away
"Amber are you sure your okay" Emily asks
"Yeah i guess how about we question that person over there
"Okay this should be fun" she laughs
We walk over to the guy and as soon as he sees us he runs
"Suspect is on foot east of the crime scene" i say whilst chasing after him
"Ill go left" Emily yells whilst running
I speed up and we end up in an alley
"Stop your making it worst for yourself"
"Get away from me" he yells whilst pulling out a gun
"Everyone step back now" the sergeant says
"Listen im going to walk over to you slowly with no weapon or anything okay" i put down my gun and walk slowly to him
"What are you doing" alex says
"Ive got this"
"Listen im amber whats your name"
"I..im greg
"Okay greg how old are you"
"Why should i tell you there going to kill me"
"Listen greg nothing's going to happen to you i promise if they are going to shoot you they have to go through me now how old are you"
"15"
"Okay now did you see what happened to that little girl"
"Yes the predator did it ive already said to much he is going to kill me now"
"Greg just come with me and everything will be okay"
"No its too late" he gets the gun out and moves it to his head
"No" i push him so he drops the gun and kicks the gun away
He starts crying "it was my faultt"
"Sweetheart come with us to the station then we can talk" Brooke said whilst reaching out for his hand
He grabbed her hand and walked to the car with her
"Brian can you come here quickly"
"Sure"
"I think he lead us here for a reason"
Brian searches through the bins and finds a body naked with no face.
I stare in shock as Brian slowly pulls me way.
"Sergeant weve found another body"
