Chapter Seventeen: Finding (Y/N) Through The Bond And The Fight

A red aura appeared around him.

Gohan's hair turned blonde and eyes changed to teal as well. He changed into Super Saiyan two as well.

"Masenko-ha!" Gohan yelled, shooting a purple and yellow beam out from his bare hands towards the monster.

Cell dodged it easily and the beam shot a rock.

"Kamehameha!" Gohan's dad yelled and a large blue beam shot out from his hands.

"Death Laser Beam!" Cell yelled and a thin red beam shot out from his index finger.

"Dad! Be careful!" Gohan yelled, "That was one of Frieza's attacks!"

"Of course it is," Cell scoffed, "Part of me comes from Frieza. Another part of me comes from your father here."

"We're in trouble now..." a short man with black hair dressed in an orange gi muttered.

"Big Bang Attack!" another man with flame-like hair that stood up straight shot a big beam of light from his hands at Cell.

"Kamehameha!" Cell yelled and shot his attack right at the man.

Their beams collided and created smoke. When it cleared, (Y/N) could see Gohan and Cell exchanging punches at each other and high speeds while easily dodging each other's attacks.

"How...?" (Y/N) muttered.

Finally, Gohan managed to land a punch in Cell's face. Cell landed on the ground with a thump.

"Give it up already, Cell," Gohan said, walking towards him calmly.

"Never..." Cell muttered as he got up to his feet.

Gohan got into his fighting stance.

"Brat..." Cell muttered before yelling, "Ka... me... ha... me... HA!"

A beam of bright blue light emerged from Cell's hands and he shot it straight at Gohan. With ease, he dodged the attack.

"Taio-ken!" a bald man with three eyes yelled and shot out a beam of bright white light at Cell to help Gohan.

"Close your eyes, everyone!" a green man instructed.

Immediately, everyone shut their eyes, including (Y/N), but except Cell.

"Aaaargh! My eyes!" Cell yelled as he rubbed them.

"Now, Gohan!" Gohan's father yelled.

As Gohan lunged towards Cell, (Y/N) observed his father closely. He looked familiar... had she seen him somewhere?

Finally, she remembered! He was Son Goku, the one who always won the Budokai tournament easily and occasionally ended up trashing the stage. (Y/N) could not believe it. Goku was Gohan's father!

Gohan punched Cell from behind, making him cough out fresh blood.

"Masenko-ha!" he yelled as he shot his attack directly at Cell.

The result was thick smoke which made (Y/N) cough and try to fan the smoke away. When it finally cleared, she could not believe her eyes! Cell was still there, with just a missing arm! How could he survive an attack so deadly, especially since it was a direct hit?

"Nice try, Gohan," Cell snickered, "But I won't die so soon."

"You've already injured your eyes," Gohan pointed out.

"Do you think I care?" Cell snorted.

Immediately, Gohan landed another punch directly at Cell's diaphragm, resulting in him coughing out more blood.

"Destructo disk!" the short man yelled and shot out a yellow disk right at Cell.

Cell, who now could not see anything quite well now that both his eyes were damaged, did not dodge and ended up getting sliced into two. His waist and all got cut off, and now that was remaining of him was his floating top.

"You shall pay, all of you!" Cell yelled.

He was definitely ticked off. Very ticked off.

"Big Bang Attack!" he yelled, shooting the blast at Gohan.

Gohan, who did not have time to dodge or retaliate, got hit. His clothes ripped and he suffered multiple burns and was bleeding profusely.

"Gohan!" (Y/N) yelled, rushing over to his side.

"(Y/N)..." he said and mustered a weak smile.

"Gohan! Please, don't leave me..." (Y/N) said and began to sob.

She managed to help Gohan sit up, but his head was leaning against (Y/N)'s shoulder. Her tears dropped to his face.

"Aww... (Y/N)... don't cry..." he said as he stretched out his hand to wipe her tears away.

"You can't leave me!" (Y/N) yelled, "Not now!"

She hugged him tightly as she continued crying. The same green man who told them to shut their eyes approached them, holding onto a small brown bag.

"Here," he said in a gruff voice, "A senzu bean."

He took out a small green bean and (Y/N), still holding onto Gohan, let him have space to take the bean.

"Thanks Piccolo," he said weakly before eating the bean.

Immediately after eating it, he looked much better and began to stand up with (Y/N) helping him up.

"Can you still manage?" (Y/N) asked with concern.

"Yup," he assured her cheerfully, "Don't worry about me."

(Y/N) and Piccolo backed away, leaving lots of space for the fight to continue.

"This is your last day here on Earth, Cell," Gohan said, "Prepare to die!"

He put his hands at the side as he bent down slightly chanting, "Ka... me... ha... me... HA!"

He shot a beam of blue light much stronger than the previous Kamehamehas towards Cell. Smoke formed once more.

A/N: This must be the longest chapter I have ever written! Anyway, no spoilers once more 'cause...! Anyway, the book will be ending in about another four or so chapters. And thanks for 109 votes! Love you all!
