Chapter 59

Mahaganys POV

After August attacked my lips we talked.

"Mommy, are you gonna cook us a family breakfast?"
"Yeah I will baby, what do you want?"
"Oh oh!!! Me and Daddy's favorite."
"Really baby girl, I don't want to fix all that."

Her and August began begging and I sighed.
I looked at Mel.

"What do you think Baby? Whose side are you on?"
"Sissy and Dada."

We all laughed and I got up and went to the kitchen. Kayla was up so I forced her in the kitchen with with me to make the A&A special, (August&Angel), which includes, grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and hash browns. August was being Daddy and Uncle Aug since Hayden was over. The kids and him sat on the couch talking, while me and Kayla cooked.

"So, I heared y'all screaming at each other."
"I know, I thought my water was gonna break."
"So what are y'all now?"
"I don't even know. Like I want him to be my husband because I love him, but at the same time, I just want him to be my best friend again before we rush into anything."
"Second best friend bitch."
"You know I meant that girl!"

We started cooking and we had to cook a lot since it was a lot of us in the condo. After a few there was a knock on the door Kayla answered it and in came my mother. Of course when my mother found out August cheated on me she didn't believe it because her and August had such a perfect relationship, but after she let it sink in she got very angry, especially since DJ cheated on me in the past so many times and I didn't let her know. I know she doesn't want me to go through a divorce, but she wants him to be a better man. When I saw her I smiled and hugged her and she smiled.

"Have you been crying baby?"
"No mama."
"Don't you lie to me, you've been crying over him?"
"Yes. But I'm fine now."
"You sure?"
"Yes ma'am."

She stepped in the kitchen.

"Goodness baby why y'all making so much?"

Before I could tell her the situation August walked in.

"Their wearing me out in there, baby where are the waters?"

I pointed to the fridge while staring at my mother and he followed my eyes and he paused.

"H-hey M-Mrs. Williams."
"Hello August."
"Umm, mama are you okay?"
"Yeah, it's just funny I'm seeing you here."
"He got a little out of hand last night ma so I went and got him to keep him safe."
"So a safe place was here."
"Well, yeah."

She looked at me.

"Are you wearing his t-shirt."

I got red as fuck.

"Umm, yeah."
"Did y'all have sex?"
"MA!"
"It's a simple question? Did y'all have sex?"
"I mean if we did ma it's my decision."
"Are you two together."

I said no and August said yes at the same time.

"So which one is it?"
"We're working on things."
"August you better be good to my daughter this time around."
"I'm trying mother-in-law."
"Come give me a hug."

I smiled and they hugged and she saw the kids and rubbed my bigger belly.

"Your getting bigger girl."
"I know, I'm almost four months."
"Shouldn't you know what y'all having by now?"
"Yeah, I find out my next appointment."
"That's good."

Eventually she left and we all sat down and ate.

"This good y'all."

August said and me and Kay high fived. The kids loved it and after every one was done, me and Kay and August cleaned up. Me and August went back to my bedroom and he rubbed my stomach.

"I think I'm about to go."
"Really?"
"Yeah, why? You want me to stay."

I looked away like I didn't care.

"Naw, you can go."
"Or I could stay and hold you like old times."

I blushed and he pulled me to him from behind. He kissed all over my face and I giggled. I'm glad we can finally laugh together instead of argue.
