~Chapter 6~ Misunderstandings

                  

It was a new morning with lots of happiness and bliss. Manik was sleeping peacefully in his bedroom, lying on his stomach covered half in his black duvet. The watch in his bedroom was showing 7:45 time in the watch, but today he is still sleeping as yesterday was a tiring day. Mukti Bhabhi also didn't showed up till, may be for the same reason.

He was having the best dream but suddenly ring of his phone disturbed his dream and sleep. He opened his eyes lazily, and looked at the caller ID. He smiled and received the call.

Nandini with fresh voice: Good Morning Manik

Manik turned to his back, now he is sleeping on his back: Good Morning, kya baat he, feeling very fresh.

Nandini: yes because I am all ready.

Manik: itni jaldi?

Nandini: Manik kya itni jaldi, its around 8.

Manik: yah yah, I know.

Nandini was about to say something when she heard Mukti Bhabhi calling out his name.

Mukti entered in his room shouting his name. manik sat up still on the phone and rested his back on the head board.

Manik: haaaa....

Mukti saw that he was awake.

Mukti: chal jaldi ready hoja, Dad ko tujhse kuch baat karni he.

Manik: ha, aata hu.

Mukti saw that he was on phone so she shouted loudly: Good Morning Nandini.

Nandini heard it: Manik speaker pe rakho na call.

Manik obeyed her and put the phone on speaker.

Nandini: Good Morning Bhabhi...

Mukti smiled: achha jaldi aaja. Thik he?

With this she left the room.

Nandini: thik he to me call rakhti hu, aap ready ho jaiye.

Manik: are ho jaunga. Let me talk at least.

Nandini: are baad me baat karenge. Dad ko kuch important kaam hoga aap jaiye. Me bhi niche hi jaa rahi hu.

Manik: okay. Will call you later, bye.

Manik cut the call and went to get ready, after getting ready he went down stairs as his father was waiting for him on breakfast table. He went there sat and wished everyone Good Morning.

They all started their breakfast very silently.

Anant broke the silence: Manik, ab tumhe office join kar lena chahiye. Ab tumhari sagai bhi ho gayi he, you will be a married person after 6 months so, I want you to settle and handle the business before that.

Manik was listening to his father very keenly, somehow his face was dull. His father definitely is his Ideal, but don't know...

Manik after sometime: okay Dad.

Everybody smiled and Anant spoke: okay Aaj se hi chalo, I'll introduce you to everyone. Aur phir tumhe sab kuch dekhna padega soo...

Manik stops him in between: Dad, from tomorrow. Please.

Nyonika looked at Anant, Anant then said: okay no problem.

Manik smiled faintly and everybody started their breakfast.

After breakfast Anant and Abhi went to office, Manik was in his room, doing something. Dhruv called him and he called him at his house, just for little jamming session. He climbed down the stairs and looked here and there, her mother was doing something in kitchen, and he went there.
