Lucy's POV
Completely oblivious. She was completely oblivious to the fact I was staring at her, Mira noticed but she knows how I feel. I sighed and rested my head on the table, Natsu and his talking, flying blue cat Happy came along
"Hey Luce, wanna go on a quest today?" I shook my head
"Not today Natsu...I'm still sore from the last time" he laughed and rubbed the back of his head
"Oh man that was fun...ok I'll see you around" he walked away only to be knocked down by a certain Ice Mage in his boxers
"What where you're going flame for brains!" Natsu stood up and smashed heads with Gray
"Watch where YOUR going ya pervert" I groaned 'not again'
"That's enough!" I sat up and saw the strongest mage Erza Scarlet break them up and threw them to opposite sides of the hall. I watched in awe as she moved with grace back to the bar and asked for a piece of cake. She picked up the cake and sat down opposite me
"Hi Lucy" I blushed as red as her hair
"H-hey Erza"
"Are you alright Lucy?" She reached over and felt my forehead "you don't have a fever but your bright red"
I stood up and ran out of the guild and to my home. I sat at my desk and sighed softly, I pulled out a piece of paper and pen and began to write

Hey mom,

I'm sorry for not speaking lately I've just had a lot on my mind...well a certain red head in my mind. Remember Erza Scarlet? Well I think I'm in love with her, I mean who wouldn't? She's queen of the fairies, the bravest, kindest, strongest person I have ever known. Perhaps that's the reason I fell in love with her. Forgive me for saying this mom but I'm no match for the great Erza, I can't help anyone. I only get myself in trouble. More to the point I don't think Erza will even look at me that way.  I'm not as strong as her besides I think she likes Jellal...don't get me wrong it hurts but at least she can be with someone who can protect her. I gotta go mom there's someone at my door.

I stood up and opened the door, Erza was standing there "E-Erza?" she smiled
"hey Lucy"
"Come in" she walked in and I closed the door "make yourself at home...oh please excuse me I need to bathe I'm in need for one" I ran to the bathroom and shut the door. That was a lie. I ran the bath and got in being submerged in the water was relaxing.

I lost track for how long I was there. I got out and wrapped the towel around me, I left the bathroom and found Erza at my desk reading...my letter to mom!
"Erza! I can explain!" She turned around and re quipped  into normal clothes
"Lucy..." She walked over to me, I looked away not daring to look at the disappointment no doubt written on her face
"I'm sorry Erza" I started to cry silently, I collapsed crying. Shame wracked my body and soul, my heart was heavy, I wanted her to leave but at the same time I didn't. I felt her arms pick me up and place me on the bed
"Lucy" her hand lifted my chin to look at her, my gaze didn't meet hers "look at me" I hesitantly looked at her
"I don't think your weak...you never have been...and I don't like Jellal he's a brother to me, in truth your the one who has my heart...will you let me be your knight?" I smiled through my tears and nodded
"I will Erza" we hugged and I blushed
"what's wrong?"
"Where's my towel?"
If I can say one thing it'll be this...Erza Scarlet lives up to her name.
