"Bye mom! I love you!" I yelled as I ran down the pathway, towards the ninja academy. I was so excited! I couldn't wait to become a ninja! As I reached the front doors I could see a lot of other people that looked older than me walk into different classrooms. I opened the door and walked down to the end of hallway. I looked down at the paper that was in my hands. It read: Room 182
"I guess this is the classroom." I said as I twisted the door knob. As soon as I walked into the room everyone's eyes turned to me. I heard a few snicker as I walked to my seat. Blushing madly I sat down and stared at me hands.
"Alright class, my name is Mr. Kioshi. I will be your teacher for this year, I'll also be your examiner for your final exam to become Genin. First off, let's get to know each other. Would each of you please stand up and give us your name and your reason of wanting to become a ninja?" Mr. Kioshi said as he signaled for a tall and slender guy to stand.
"My name is Katayama Maris, 14 years old, I want to become a ninja so that I can be respected." Katayama said. Mr. Kioshi smiled and signaled for another person to stand up. I didn't pay attention to her, I stared out the window until I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked up and was met with a stern look from Mr. Kioshi.
"Young man, will you stand up and give us your name?" Mr Kioshi asked. I nodded and stood up.
"My name is Yoshinaga Toyonobu, I'm 12 years old, and I want to become the strongest ninja ever." I said as I gave Mr. Kioshi a determined look. A few kids snickered but were silenced when Mr. Kioshi gave them a glare. I sat back down and waited for Mr. Kioshi to begin teaching.
"Class, can anyone tell me the five Ninjutsu?" Mr. Kioshi asked. He looked around the classroom, waiting for an answer.
I stood up. "Fire, Wind, Earth, Water, and Lightning." I said briefly. Mr. Kioshi nodded his approval and smiled.
"Very good Yoshi. Now class-" Mr. Kioshi was cut off by the sound of a bell ringing. The kids rushed out of the classroom, and the sound of chattering kids filled the hallway. I stood up and walked out of the classroom.
"Well today wasn't what I expected. Maybe tomorrow will be better. I really hope so." I said to myself as I walked towards my home.
